Every time we go downtown we have to stop and get a delicious Philly they are the best every time I will continue to go for years to come I recommend t-bones to all my friends and family that love a good Philly cheesesteak

I couldn't catch a photo cause of how fast we ate.😂😂 We got the bacon cheddar burger and cheesesteak with green peppers. Both were AMAZING and literally so flavorful. Will be a regular customer. 🫶

I don't get to go often but when I have the chance it is always great !! Was able to stop by last week and the cheesesteak was delicious and the staff was super friendly and multiple people checked in after receiving my sandwich.. Make sure you put this place on your have to go list !!

Every time I go in there, it's great vibes. Granted they know me because I'm always in there buying those amazing cheese steak egg rolls 10 out if 10 (I must say) the owner is my guy, real cool, Raiders fan lol. But his food is great comfort food. The best cheese steak I've ever had, especially in Birmingham. Burgers are great as well. I will choose T Bones over a lot of places in this city, hands down.

Returning to T-Bones restaurant on Southside after five years was an absolute joy. Despite the passage of time, the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service remain unchanged. 👍Seeing the owner again after so long was heartwarming. 🥰I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and it was just as delicious as I remembered. If you haven't experienced T-Bones yet, do yourself a favor and make it a priority to visit soon. You won't regret it!🙌💯

I’m giving them a 1 star because I walked in at 9:40, through an unlocked door and was told they were closed unless I had already called in an order to pickup…. Well like someone else said in their review, they won’t answer the phone- apparently they must leave it off the hook. I called MANY times and it went straight to busy every time… so disappointing that I drove about 12 minutes to get over here from my hotel but didn’t get to taste one thing. Too bad
The Philly Cheesesteak is to die for!! Best I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend and will be eating again

I never was a fan of Philly cheesesteak until my husband took me to try T-bone’s. It was awesome this is the only place here in bham I will eat Philly sandwiches! The food rock but restaurant could be cleaner🤷🏾♀️

Good food, but customer service needs drastic improvement! Rude cashiers who make excuses for not answering the phone. I have tried on multiple occasions to call in orders, and sometimes they answer, most times they don't. When you try to place an order for egg rolls after 9 p.m., they will deny you. We'll ma'am, if you all had answered the phone an hour ago before I drove up here in person to place my order, then my order would have been in an sufficient amount of time, and the customer would have gotten what they wanted instead of having to settle for the options that you presented.
