I ordered online I waited 2 hours in drive thur I said my name 3 times they didn’t even pay attention to me I got to the window and the girl told me she didn’t have my order, anyway terrible service
They literally can’t ever get an order 100% correct. I’m convinced they only hire illiterate people.

Tonight on 1/10/25 around 1:30 A.M I witnessed a employee be rude to a customer . She was at the window screaming through the window like she was crazy. Very rude and unprofessional . Looks as if she wanted to be something she is not . Food was disgusting and not fresh . Never coming back here
I went on my lunch break the person speaking through the mic was so rude and immature he spoke as if he was speaking with friends of his he didn't get my order correct I ordered the number 6 ground beef and of course I recieved chicken I got back to work and realized it was going to wait till I got off but I was hungry so I had to get approval to go back because my lunch was almost up I. Called first, no answer like 8 times before someone answered and just told me to come back up there before 4pm I told the manager I was heading back right now so they prepared it but the tacos were cold and falling apart....so it wasn't a good experience I think they need to hire age appropriate staff all those kids left unattended on the job

Sat their for 10 minutes no one would take my order. Touch screen order system is messed up and the lady behind the counter was just sitting on her phone the whole time.

They have messed up my order two times in a row. Look at this pathetic beefy 5 layer! There are no beans, barely any meat, and no cheese between the two tortillas. My other taco barely had any meat either.

Food ok place ok.... However if I don't want to use a kiosk I shouldn't be made to. I needed a physical receipt. No printers at a kiosk. And you want 15 an hour... For less work? I'm LITERALLY working for MY food when I punch a kiosk. STUPID.

Today was my first time ever coming to this Taco Bell location in downtown Birmingham. I ordered three of the new Meximelts that just came out among some other food items for myself and my fiance. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before I left the drive thru since I was in a hurry due to rush hour traffic.
I was shocked when I got home to see all three of the Meximelts were basically EMPTY and had absolutely NO cheese or veggies on them at all (Meximelts come with cheese, tomatoes, onions)... Not to mention there was practically NO MEAT on these very thinly wrapped pitiful looking tacos. There was also very little meat and cheese in my other food items ordered as well. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this location- this was truly a waste of money.
