Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for an online order I ordered 30 beforehand . When I got home they forgot all my sauces and they’re were no napkins.

I ordered three tacos—one being a Doritos taco—and it arrived with multiple hairs in it. This is completely unacceptable. With all the food-safety standards, hair nets, and protective gear available, there is no reason food should be leaving your kitchen in this condition.
This is a serious health violation, and it needs to be addressed immediately.

This location is consistently terrible when ordering delivery. One time, I received a card in my bag from leadership at this location stating that they were turning over a new leaf and to contact her directly if I had any issues with my future orders. I checked the order and was missing a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights LOL what a joke. Anyway, I ordered nachos fries tonight and this is how my nachos cheese was given to me.

My tacos were delicious, but the service was awful. The girl pretty much threw the bag at me and slammed the window in my face. I asked her how was she doing and was ignored. I said have a great day and the window was slammed in my face. Very bad customer service.

The food was delicious however the people that work the night shift were rude.. the night shift had an attitude. Their behavior is unacceptable when it comes to night shift. Make sure if you go to speak to the manager. The food was good. Just the night shift maybe have had a long day but that's no reason to take it out on customers. People need to remember while working to stay positive good things comes to those who wait. I give the atmosphere here at this location a whole three out of five. Because of the behavior that's the only reason why. So if you go to this Taco Bell in Birmingham downtown near UAB please y'all be careful especially at night time because their night shift is rude

Ive been waiting here for more than 35 minutes they have been giving the door dash orders and drive thru orders and online my order said it was ready. No order should take this long especially when you can make other peoples orders but not mine.
