Don’t bother with this location , your order will be wrong every time. And they do not cook the food correctly. Below is a chicken cantina taco that I got from the 280 location and then the valleydale location. You guessed it the taco with the unmelted cheese came valleydale. Omg worst food I ever received from a well known franchise restaurant. The only reason I didn’t ask for my money back is because I vowed never to return.

I went in one afternoon to find all the employees sitting in the dining room. I can understand taking a break if it's dead, but when you see you have a customer coming in and make them wait a bit at the counter before even getting up, that is not service. She asked "Do you need something?" rather than "Are you ready to order?" or "What can I get for you?" With that bad of a start, I replied "No, I don't" and left. No telling how long it would have taken for the kitchen staff to mobilize.

I've never eaten taco bell before, so I wanted to give this new location a shot. Not only was half my order missing but the manager (younger than 19) had no idea how to give a refund for the missing items. Had to call the branch manager in order to get things worked out. Food was insanely expensive for not much food. Go support your local Mexican restaurant and do not visit here.
Cantina taco is weak! Don't fall for the hype. I could buy authentic Mexican food for the same price or less. Do better with your dog food Taco Bell.

Somehow the food here is tasteless. Have never understood why this big bldg is here? Completely sterile no human interaction. No assistance if needed. One person after me stood at the counter for 12 minutes. No one to offer help or inform him only option is to use screen to order. This is wasted space here. I won’t be back. Other restaurants offer a choice of ordering yourself or having a friendly person take your order.

It seems as though every since this Taco Bell moved across the street to this nice new location, every time I go there it is something different this time and the last time I was there they were both out of Dr Pepper this time I asked why and I was told that it’s because nobody drinks the Dr Pepper. There is why they don’t keep it that much in stock. I was like well that seems kind of weird. The store was not very clean. Tables had food on them. The drink counter had not been attended to in a minute and the staff was hard to find it, took them a few minutes to get to the front, and then they seemed kind of irritated that we were standing there ready to place our order, then when I asked for Dr. Pepper, they had to go look it took them a few minutes to get tea from behind the counter that was not out on the front counter. It was behind the counter and it seems as though they had time to piddle and play with their friends at the front counter, but not clean the restaurant for the guest to enjoy their stay however, the time that I was there before the food was just a mess and fell apart in my hand and was just atrocious, this time, the food was much better and neatly packaged with the exception of being out of the Dr Pepper and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I am surprised that this store is slow as it is every time I go in there is still open.
