I realized when I got home that they gave me the wrong order. Drove all the way back, told them what happened, and they gave me my order. The problem is that I didn’t realize until I left that they gave me my first order from 20 mins ago. Didn’t even have the decency to make a fresh order and I have no idea who has touched this food. I’ll be going to the Taco Bell downtown from now on.

I ordered the #7 quesadilla meal and the cheese wasn’t melted and this picture shows a piece of chicken that you can’t hardly pull apart with your hands, either undercooked or old but I bit into it and it was like biting into rubber

Employees have a horrible attitude I have a veteran on my crew he got a burrito and it was pretty much a little sauce and a pinch of cheese when he asked why there was so little they raised their voices saying that’s all that came on there it was pretty much a folded up tortilla for 6$ this place is pitiful and has gone down hill for years you are better off going to a taco trailer before coming here because of the employees attitudes

Maybe it was just the staff tonight but that was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had and I was in line for almost half an hour. Don’t go don’t waste your hard earned dollars on this place until they properly train their staff. Please it was bad
