Theresa was awesome! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a very long time. She was patient and walked me through he options and made recommendations. Customer see was beyond awesome honestly. I would return based off this experience alone.

They play games with having you back up at the drive-thru. It has something to do with their service times. It is unsafe and annoying Taco Bell has also become overpriced. I can eat just as cheaply at the real Mexican restaurant across the street and be served by a waiter.

Multiple times the person at the window will stick out their hand indicating for me to wait to pull forward and it’s resulted in the car behind me getting angry and verbally harassing me; I assume it’s to cheat their service times. The most recent time the man was unhinged and called me a homophobic slur and I half expected him to get out of his car and get physical.

I was told the inside is closed when I tried To walk through the door even though their were 5 employee vehicles there. I have A box truck and can’t fit in the drive thru. I’ve been to Taco Bell’s and they’ve only had two people working there and the inside was still open. But I guess It’s just a skill set issue, some workers can handle being short handed while others can’t. But I mean Come on it’s fast food, everything is pre made already, it’s the easiest job to do.

I don't normally leave reviews but the crew at the TB are so amazing I had to. I have been here 3 different times in the past 2 weeks, all at varying times of the day (I just started working on this side of town) and everytime, no matter the crowd, the person who answered the speaker was kind. When I get to the window they are always nice, fast, and efficient. My order has been right every time, and my food has not only looked like the menu pictures but it's been hot! Thank you so much for caring about your customers experience. I've been in the service industry for years and yall are doing an amazing job!
