This is what we just ordered. We went to a Taco Bell 30 minutes from our house just to have a better experience than the Taco Bell down town. Both taco supremes had more sour cream than meat, the meat didn’t even cover half of the taco; both were broken. The cheesy roll ups were half filled and I had to rip off the excess tortilla that had nothing on it. My cheesy Gordita crunch was broken and had no cheese, which it is suppose too. The nacho cheese was cold and my beefy five layer burrito didn’t have cheese or sour cream on it, just beef and beans. A two layer burrito if you will. It also had a hash down the side of the ENTIRE burrito. This is pathetic, the whole point of us going out our way to this Taco Bell was because it was suppose to be better; it isn’t any better than the downtown Birmingham Taco Bell. If people do not want to work they do not need to be employed because that was truly embarrassing for that company. Will not go back to Taco Bell again. I gave it a second chance after downtown Birmingham but after this garbage I will not be returning now will my boyfriend or my family. Disappointed does not even cover it.

I am a door Dasher and I get multiple orders from this location a day! These workers are so inconsistent one minute I need to go through the drive and then the next minute I need to come in and get the order. THAT'S NEVER made in time! Do better!

Accidentally placed order with the wrong location (usually the app auto updates the location) cashier was nice and waited while I reordered-another team member came up and said “dont lie, you would see the location”. INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional on her part. I hope management takes notice of their employees conduct.

I’ve ordered food from them twice now via Uber eats and some items was missing both times. It wasn’t because of the driver because the bags were sealed. The Mexican pizza was wrapped in parchment paper for some strange reason and all my toppings were stuck to the paper.

Just left the drive thru. Ordered a number 9 and 3 additional soft tacos. Only to get home and start eating and the food is scorched. I’ve called numerous of times but they are not answering the phone. I will be sure to contact corporate Monday morning. This is ridiculous.
