⭐ 1-Star Review for Taco Bell – 5 Points South, Birmingham, AL: Disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed. Me and my boo were doing a DoorDash pickup something we’ve done plenty of times. But apparently at this location, you're expected to somehow stop and speak at the drive-thru speaker for a pickup order... even though the lobby’s locked, the line's backed up, and there’s zero signs explaining the process. Instead of a greeting or clarity, the employee hit us with attitude before we could even speak. Talking about “I’ll make you go back around” like she had something to prove. Sis… you’re short-staffed, not running a boot camp. This ain’t the army sis . DoorDash drivers are not the enemy and honestly? Trying to manipulate drive-thru times by forcing Dashers through the line slows everybody down, customers included. Fix your system or at least treat people with respect. 💀 Because what we’re not gonna do… is act like you’re doing us a favor when you’re two seconds from a health inspection shutdown. Let’s be real. Slow is in now I see ..

I pulled up, the lady hurried me to order. I place my order, went to the window, paid got my food, everything in less than a minute, then the lady told me to pull back, abd I was like what?, he kept saying to pull back like I know what heck is going on, after she screaming and giving me a bad face a pulled back and pull forward, I told her this didn’t make sense that it was stupid. With bad attitude she told me they get in trouble for giving food to fast like if I knew or like i understand what she is talking about. So manager I let you know my food was ready in 54 seconds and is cold and looks horrible with everything out of place. There!!!

Pretty quick drive through the man was pleasant.I'm taking my order. I paid him in all quarters.He wasn't even upset... I had to clean out my purse.It was getting too heavy lol

Daytime, this Taco Bell is perfect! I just Doordashed dinner and it was awful. The chalupa shells were old and hard. Definitely had been done for a lonnnnnng time before my order was placed. Very disappointing to spend $35 on 3 items for two of them to be inedible. Do better!

Let me tell yall tonight was a doozy but thank you to Slim on night shift and the amazing team for trying to make sure I got my food cause my driver drove off without getting my food and remade it and threw in some extra goodies most definitely will be coming back again

I asked for certain food literally easy. Two tacos. Plain Jane. SMH They refused to give me a receipt. I took a bite and there’s sour cream. So on my way for an epi pen. It’s like they smeared it off and said here you go. I asked if I could give her a dollar for more sauce and she told me to drive around. It’s not like you really care about your drive thru times. Y’all are rude and nasty. And what’s up with a soggy taco! You should see the oil dripping off the paper.
They need to take the whole night crew to be fired and start over it’s not demure it’s not quality service the co workers are awful they went to the bottom of the bottom to pick these frontline workers terrible service! I would give them half a star but u can’t
My first time visiting Montgomery, Alabama This Taco ? Bell drive-thru was a waste of time. I waited 35 minutes to be exact. The food was tasty, although my order was wrong.??♀️ This location services was extremely slow & unaware of the long line behind me.

3rd Shift at s terrible serving old hard pieces of chicken. The drive thru cashier with the short blue hair is very rude and impatient. I couldn’t get a receipt or fresh hot food or a decent foundation soda. They’re always sold out of menu selections. Especially the Mexican pizza. 3 crew member's were arguing with the customers and refused to give them a refund. They didn’t even have receipt paper. Shut that location down if you can’t provide better food and service. They’re more worried about the drive thru time than anything else. I work that o hard for My money to just throw it away.
