Every time I go here there is a problem. I’m either waiting too long. My food is cold or they don’t give me the right food tonight. I went to the location and five points with I ordered two discovery Luxe boxes and one regular box. My food came in bags Not a box and I asked her why because I didn’t know what went with which box and she said they just didn’t put it in one and told me she’ll give me the boxes and I could just put it in there myself. All of my food Did not come with my order we were missing two tacos

I’m visiting from out of town and was staying in a hotel near this Taco Bell. I was pretty hungry and don’t typically go to Taco Bell however, today it sounded good. I stopped in and grabbed myself three soft tacos and three crunchy tacos. After eating the first taco, I reached into The bag to grab a second taco, When I found that I was grabbing something kind of slimy. I pulled it out and it was a used glove. I’ve never been more disgusted with a Taco Bell in my life. For whatever reason I am not able to upload a picture.

Night shift is very rude and disrespectful they don’t have any patience with the customers every single time I go to their particular location the attitude is the same rushed to order and mouths smart I also heard the heavy set girl and the guy on the head set cursing out a older lady no respect at all here I didn’t even get to order they told me to go else where cause I was taking to long to order

Me and my boo were doing a DoorDash pickup something we’ve done plenty of times. But apparently at this location, you're expected to somehow stop and speak at the drive-thru speaker for a pickup order... even though the lobby’s locked, the line's backed up, and there’s zero signs explaining the process. Instead of a greeting or clarity, the employee hit us with attitude before we could even speak. Talking about “I’ll make you go back around” like she had something to prove. Sis… you’re short-staffed, not running a boot camp. This ain’t the army sis . DoorDash drivers are not the enemy and honestly? Trying to manipulate drive-thru times by forcing Dashers through the line slows everybody down, customers included. Fix your system or at least treat people with respect. 💀 Because what we’re not gonna do… is act like you’re doing us a favor when you’re two seconds from a health inspection shutdown. Let’s be real. I pulled up, the lady hurried me to order. I place my order, went to the window, paid got my food, everything in less than a minute, then the lady told me to pull back, abd I was like what?, he kept saying to pull back like I know what heck is going on, after she screaming and giving me a bad face a pulled back and pull forward, I told her this didn’t make sense that it was stupid. With bad attitude she told me they get in trouble for giving food to fast like if I knew or like i understand what she is talking about. So manager I let you know my food was ready in 54 seconds and is cold and looks horrible with everything out of place. There!!!
