The employee at 029135 named Monique is extremely rude and unprofessional toward both customers and staff. Today, I personally witnessed her yelling at staff members in front of customers.
On a previous visit, I overheard her speak very disrespectfully to a customer who was still placing her order. Monique told the customer that her food was already made and that she was not going to remake it, even though the customer explained she was still ordering. When the customer questioned how the food could already be done, Monique responded by saying the customer “better know what she wants next time she comes to the speaker.”
As a result of Monique’s refusal to correct the order, the food had to be thrown away, even though the customer was spending at least $50. The only change requested was soft tacos instead of hard tacos, which are not even the default for the combo.
This situation could have easily been resolved, but instead it escalated due to Monique’s attitude and lack of professionalism. Her behavior reflects poorly on the business, and she should not be working in a customer-facing role without additional training or anger management.

Pulled up to the drive through window at night and I was told they're only doing Doordash orders. I told them I had a mobile order and they replied the system down. I worked in Fast food and I know mobile orders and Doordash come through the same system. That's was their excuse because the was to sorry to work. I'm not surprised because people just want the check without having to work. This has to been the worst location in Birmingham and I wouldn't lose any sleep if they got shut down and all of them lost their jobs.

Every time I go here there is a problem. I’m either waiting too long. My food is cold or they don’t give me the right food tonight. I went to the location and five points with I ordered two discovery Luxe boxes and one regular box. My food came in bags Not a box and I asked her why because I didn’t know what went with which box and she said they just didn’t put it in one and told me she’ll give me the boxes and I could just put it in there myself. All of my food Did not come with my order we were missing two tacos

The grandkids love this place and the line was not long
I’m visiting from out of town and was staying in a hotel near this Taco Bell. I was pretty hungry and don’t typically go to Taco Bell however, today it sounded good. I stopped in and grabbed myself three soft tacos and three crunchy tacos. After eating the first taco, I reached into The bag to grab a second taco, When I found that I was grabbing something kind of slimy. I pulled it out and it was a used glove. I’ve never been more disgusted with a Taco Bell in my life. For whatever reason I am not able to upload a picture.
