Came to this location to place an order. Staff looked at me and no one asked if they could assist me. I was then asked to use the kiosk as opposed to a person just taking my order. I am all for technology but lack of customer service or orientation is not what keeps a business open.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had! My food was super fresh, everything was squeaky clean and the staff was out of this world! Very friendly, and helpful! 10/10!! Will visit again!!

I just want to say every time I come the customer service is very good. And my food is prepared correctly. I normally order the cantina chicken bowl. If I go to the Southside location on 7th avenue it is never correct
