Food has been incorrect every time I have purchased food there. The management of cooks is bad. Order a Mexican pizza and got nothing but beans as the filling. 🤣

I just want to say every time I come the customer service is very good. And my food is prepared correctly. I normally order the cantina chicken bowl. If I go to the Southside location on 7th avenue it is never correct

I picked up an order, and the staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional. There was one man who was outside smoking, and he went inside and did not was his hands... then the lady made me come to some side door, and was rude to me! Don't waste your time or money.

New building but the same crappy service. Ever since they reopened, I have received incorrect orders each time. Today, I went to get breakfast and was the only one there. I even reset the timer for them because they were taking so long. But come to find out I received yet another incorrect order. I drove back and noticed that my order was still the last order on the screen so they definitely weren't busy. And of course I received no apology or response that they would want to make it right. Their responses were rolling their eyes and having their arms crossed. I don't pay this much money for them to get it wrong AND have an attitude about what they did wrong.

I don’t like the way the updated it the lobby is to small the fountain drinks are behind the counter and it’s hard to get there attention order a box and my husband order a bean burrito with no red sauce it was in my box so I told them he did not get his bean burrito do we turn out with two bean burrito’s instead of my 5 layer burrito I fill like they try to forge you to get out now with the size of the lobby now with a family of five have to use two tables
