This place gave me and my family the worst experience of any food establishment they got my whole families order wrong they were rude, racists , and was threatened to not get a refund or apology they didn’t even have 1 pack of taco sauce. I wish it were possible to give them a negative five star.

I wanted to rate it zero stars but that is not an option. I'm surprised this Taco Bell is still in business. It's honestly one of the worst restaurants I have been to in a while. They can't get an order right to save their life. Do not recommend giving this restaurant any business.

I ordered 2 grill cheese burritos with certain sauce's in themI received the wrong order at the window and asked for my order and thought i got itI parked and checked my ordered to find it was still wrong sauce and allI went in and showed the employees my order which is the pics belowThey asked if i wanted it grilled... i was like the sauce isn't right either and they preceding to say i was lying!It's a shame cause i love taco bell but there's no way i'll be back to that location

These are the worst possible people that get hired here, I haven’t saw anyone there with a good attitude FOR SEVERAL YEARS!!!! This place has completely went to hell!!!! I came on my sons birthday because that's what he wanted for his birthday meal. I received less than half of my order, the rest of the order was cold. I had to turn around and drive back to the store wait in line for a second time (2 hours total) for them to ask me for my receipt and the food. I stormed out of my home so fast because I was so furious that all I had was one of the items. I was so kind and polite. Guess what I was met with? Yes you are correct.... RUDE ATTITUDE. I'm scared to even eat the food that was replaced for fear they did something to it. Never ever again. They need to clean house and get new staff....oh and don't let me forget...I managed a very successful taco bell and I know for a fact that shouldn't have gone the way it did and anybody who actually cares about their branch would do something about it.
Sorry but if you want breakfast be there before 10 because that's when they stop preparing breakfast items. Good luck asking nicely that they make it for you since they're supposed to go to 11 because they will argue with you until they don't have breath. If I had people paying my college on a daily basis I would at least put some bacon on the grill for them.

Currently sitting in a line that I cannot back out of for over 30 minutes and counting. Got in line at 6:15 and it’s 6:45 and there still two cars in front of me. Worst service ever; saw over 3 cars walk in while waiting and come out with food. I will never come back and will happily drive over 20 minutes away for better
