Awful experience. I went through the drive thru at lunch time. They came on the intercom and said the drive thru was down and Id have to come inside. Once I came in to place my order they was letting people through the drive thru. They was rude as they could be. Got my food finally and it was the worst food I ever tasted from Taco Bell. Dont waste your time or money. This food cost way to much to be treated like that and taste that way.

I wouldn't eat here again if this was the last Taco Bell in the entire state. The staff are short with you. Rude, your food is thrown together too fast with all of your ingredients. Pretty much falling out as soon as you unwrap it to try to eat anything. The parking lot looks a mess. And the people working there in general, just have bad attitudes. If you're going to go to any taco bell, I would go to the one in moody, or the one in ashville

Watch out for them stealing your money without asking. Last night, they rounded up my amount for donation without asking me for permission!! When we ordered the food at the drive thru, once finished with ordering, the woman automatically rounded up my order. I told her to it off. Once we got to the pay, she told me the price but proceed to round up just before swiping my card. Bunch of dishonest workers!

They are the worst. I went in because I was looking for an order I had placed online and they told me to use the drive thru because it was already closed. I asked him: really?, because the door was open and the guy told me, yes. I asked him, can I at least use the bathroom to pee? And he told me no because the place was already closed. I told him, I will give you one star, because what you are doing is not correct (I WAS ALREADY IN). He replied that it didn't matter to him.
What would you do in my place? If I could leave zero stars I would.

I ordered the Crunchwrap and it was delicious , as was my soft taco supreme, however my quesadilla was horribly burnt and was not edible . It shows that the preparer did not care at all . This was my second burnt quesadilla in less than a week . Everything else was perfect , there was hardly any wait time , server was friendly , my sauces were in the bag , the quesadilla was what ruined the experience.

I just came through drive thru order the steak burrito combo. I was given Mexican pizza with cinnamon twist. Not to mention the young lady that handed me my food shut the window in my face forgetting my Pepsi. It just so happened that the other young girl (stud) saw me looking and she opened window & realized the young girl left my Pepsi on counter. I wish I had checked my order then. Lesson learned
