Honestly, i'm not sure what happened to my original review. So me and my husband only ordered 4 items and it took 30 minutes. We paid for our food at 7:05pm $21.90. We watched a total of 10 people who came in after us. Leave before us or sit in and eat their food. I'm so disgusted with the customer service. Because after waiting so long and being so patient. When we ask for extra sauce, we were met with conflict and told we didn't pay for extra. We explained it shouldn't be an issue for us to receive extra sauce.When we've already waited thirty minutes and watch ten people.Total leave before us and receive their food before us.Even though we had ordered well before any of those people had even ordered their food. Then, my son received fries that were not hot and my husband received 2 burrito that was literally missing ingredients that he had paid extra for and only one was toasted. This took place on 3/19/26. I will be reaching out to the store manager 3/20/26 about this issue.

Eternally puzzled going to this location. The girl at the drive thru is always distracted and too busy doing who knows what (in an empty drive thru) and tells you to go ahead, but then to wait, and then to go ahead again, and then you tell her the order, and no matter how clearly you tell her the order, she still reads it back incorrectly. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø then waits until we’re at the window to tell us she doesn’t have the ingredients for what we ordered. I’m losing my mind here, We’re going to a different location from now on.

I love this location! The staff is always so friendly and they serve great quality food. It is very hard to find any fast food establishments here in Birmingham with great service. Thank you ladies for your great customer service!!

In order ahead 20mins prior to pickup. Get there and had to wait and additional 10mins for order. They worried about their drive thru time instead of making customers food. Gotta do better

Every time I have ever ordered from this location regardless of the time of day not only is the service the absolute worse I have ever experienced but when you get your food it's not made the way that it's supposed to be made. They out very little beef sometimes not even enough to taste and majority of the time you don't even get everything you ordered ..

Food is trash! I haven’t had Taco Bell in years and was craving it. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with midnight Baja blast. The only thing that was good was the drink. The crunch part of the wrap was soggy and the little meat and cheese looked painted on. The food was absolute trash! It looked like they didn’t put anything in it and tasted like cardboard in my mouth. My fiancĆ© ate on hers and threw it up immediately and threw hers away. I came back and asked for a refund however they stated because I didn’t have the other food (that was disposed of) they couldn’t refund. That’s fine I’ll just do the review. I will never eat Taco Bell again behind this. I’m sure the meat was no good..

Probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Alabama. The last time I went here everyone I interacted with was high, drive thru took forever, and I got violently sick 8 hours later. Yeah. Disgusting.

Glorious Living

The overnight manager resha was amazing! The night before they had messed up my food. I went back the next day to show them and she fixed it with no hesitation. She was sure to apologize a couple of times for this mistake. She was so pleasant and welcoming most jobs make you feel bad for addressing them about their mess up, but she took accountability and fixed the problem with a smile at that. We need more managers like her.

The manager is rude and alone with the employees. Went through the drive thru...after ordering, I asked for sour cream. I was told I would have to go around again to place and order for sour cream. I asked for the manager and she was also rude and said the same thing. I ended up getting a refund. All that, for nothing.
