Probably the worst Taco Bell in all of Alabama. The last time I went here everyone I interacted with was high, drive thru took forever, and I got violently sick 8 hours later. Yeah. Disgusting.

The overnight manager resha was amazing! The night before they had messed up my food. I went back the next day to show them and she fixed it with no hesitation. She was sure to apologize a couple of times for this mistake. She was so pleasant and welcoming most jobs make you feel bad for addressing them about their mess up, but she took accountability and fixed the problem with a smile at that. We need more managers like her.

The manager is rude and alone with the employees. Went through the drive thru...after ordering, I asked for sour cream. I was told I would have to go around again to place and order for sour cream. I asked for the manager and she was also rude and said the same thing. I ended up getting a refund. All that, for nothing.

Had me sitting in drive thru for them to play on the inside. I didn’t even get to order anything due to unprofessional work culture these days. And I work in the restaurant business
TACO BELL SHOULD FIRE EVERYBODY WJO WORKS HERE. They always stop working hours before the store is supposed to close. At 1am, they left a line of cars in the drive through and refused to take any orders. We could see workers inside “working” but they would not respond to the drive through nor the pick up window. Fire them all.

I'm not a Taco Bell kinda guy/person! Quick stop if you need something easy to fill you, or hold you over, but I personally don't recommend this one! I ate there years ago, and food was ok I guess, but it just wasn't a good experience for me at all! Food made me sick to my stomach! But maybe other's have had better experiences than me, but I've learned that Taco Bell isn't me safe! Try at your own discretion, and GOOD LUCK!
