Without a doubt the worst taco bell I've been to the food was not prepared correctly (grilled burrito wasn't grilled) I had to remind them that I had ordered. Now I'm not one to complain about a wait normally but I was the only person in the place! Nor was there anyone in the drive thru.

The lil girl at the window was just that a lil girl with an extremely bad attitude. I wouldn't have this person responsible for my money. Her attitude is just that bad I will go to another taco bell just so I don't encounter her!

The portion size was good and the food was good.The cashier who took our order and gave us our food was very nice.Although it was a quick encounter, she was friendly and smiling. It says "Sydney H" on my receipt. One of the best fast food experiences I've had.
I went a little after black Friday and got better deals than I did on black Friday jewelry was 30 to 40 percent off on black Friday but the following week everything in the store was 50 to 70 percent off and buy one get one free on some items but belks is one of my favorite stores always good quality items out of nearly 40 years I haven't returned a item yet

Center of attention
This is the BEST TACO BELL LOCATION within Jefferson County, Alabama in mine and my husband's experience. We say that after going at least a dozen times now, if not more so. Plus, as is the policy of most Taco Bell locations, this one is open 24hrs and have always been very friendly, very professional and very fast. Also, even though they are quick; regardless as to if there are a lot of customers present, that has never caused them to give us the wrong food, they have never taken our order wrong, nor have they ever acted as if asking them to do their job (they're there to do) is the most inconvenient and bothersome thing you could ever ask them to do within the life span of a human being.Their chicken quesadillas actually have chicken in them, & not just cheese in more than half of it. All the food is consistently served hot, and clearly made fresh for each customer.Every employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with has always been respectful, kind, & kept the drive thru line moving quickly.
Tried to pick up and order for Uber Eats. Waited for 15 minutes. Had to cancel delivery. Lost money on other orders waiting.

Traveling through, stopped here to get a quick bite, and use restroom. The doors were locked when i tried to go in to use restroom, we took a nap in vehicle since weve been traveling for hours and planned to eat here after. At 3:30pm they told us the inside was closed but they had like 10 teenagers in there. So they unlocked the doors for them to go in, cause they were locked earlier when i tried to go in. Went around through the drive-thru and told us it would be a 20 minute wait to restock food. When a car ahead of us had just got theirs. Moving on to somewhere else. Were very rude about it!
