Very friendly staff. Line was really long but they got everyone through quickly
Quiet location, food was really good. Process was a little odd but fine. Down rate was purely because of items being on menu but out of stock (Chicken Nuggets), lady was very helpful and corrected the issue quickly.
Had to order at kiosk. No one acknowledged our presence. Waited 10 min for 4 tacos a drink and cinnamon twists. Saw everyone in kitchen leave and go to back. Drive thru person went on break, meanwhile, our order had not been made. Know I ordered correctly, but had to yell back to correct one item they had made so I wouldn't have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for a corrected taco. No customer service at all. Don't go.

My husband and I both worked a long day and neither of us had eaten since early this morning. So we chose Taco Bell as a quick dinner option. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before we arrived to ensure it was ready when we got there. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. Got to the window and they asked us to “pull to the front” and then the employee shut the window before we could ask for clarification. Waited for 15 MORE MINUTES before my husband finally walked in and our food was just sitting on the counter, COLD. He asked the employee if they were just gonna let it sit there and wait for us to come get it and the employee told him they looked for us and couldn’t find us. We parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. And we were watching the door and never saw anyone come out. Our order wasn’t even that big. We left with our cold food and definitely will take our business to the other Taco Bell down the road. 35 MINUTES FOR 2 MEALS IS WILD.
Fast and polite service
The best Taco Bell I have ever been too even late at night.
I ordered through the Tacobell app, 30 minutes later I received my food. Opened the bag and 9 of my food items were missing. I ordered grilled cheese burritos and none of them had grilled cheese on them at all. I personally go up to the store, keep in mind I ordered for delivery. Explained the issue to which the manager told me she would “personally make it” & that she “apologized for the inconvenience” I get all the way back home to find out I was still missing 5 items. The assistant manager came out and apologized once again and offered to give me the missing items. An employee told me personally that VICTORIA(THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO THE FIRST TIME) said “only remake what’s in the bag.” Make that make sense if I was missing 85% of my order!! Do you really think I would want to come up there TWICE VICTORIA?? The other staff I spoke to was nice and understanding but the manager did not handle the situation at all and I am beyond upset that I spent an extra hour of my time trying to get my order when it should’ve been made the right time. Not only that I opened my taco & it looked like this so there’s that!
The bathroom was clean and smelled good (awkward to put this in a review but bathrooms at restaurants never smell good).
In my opinion, the food was great, it was fresh and the portions were fair and reasonable.
1st of all, I'm in great shape, eat healthy (most of the time) and exercise).
I purchased the $7 Value Box today. Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant and I eat there often and never took the time to realize the value of the Value Box 🫣

Bought the crunch wrap cause it looks delicious With all the meat lettuce and tomato. I was disappointed to find out I was majority eating lettuce and tomato. Manager claim it was meat and remade it the same way. Do not purchase crunch wrap. You will be disappointed. It's good but no meat.

This taco bell has been my go to since i live so close to it, and it has always been, well, what you expect from taco bell. But recently, it has been EXCEPTIONAL. The food is great as always, but a couple of new faces have made this taco bell so inviting and pleasant to visit. I have had a couple of mistakes with my orders, most of which were fully out of their control, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was still satisfied with my order. I actually have never had a fast food place take care of order mistakes so pleasantly as here. I feel like there is care being put into the orders, despite the large stress they feel. Being somebody who also works in food service, I am jealous of how well they can handle these things in the stressful environment that fast food may create. This store deserves the best. And more of the chicken nuggets :)
In my opinion, fast can lead to errors easily, and everybody should realize that. Fast food is tough. It is all about how those mistakes are handled, and it is so pleasant how this taco bell does it.

Came here friday 1/3/25 between
11-11:30 p.m and I must say the food was disgusting. I ordered the chicken nugget deluxe box. My nuggets were hard as a brick and cold. They were out of fire ranch sauce, and my tacos were cold as well. I don’t know if the night shift was giving away food from earlier or what but I tried calling and nobody answered. Such a disappointment when you spend your money on something and realize it’s a waste. You wouldn’t want anyone doing you or your family this way so treat others the way you would like to be treated.

I was the first person in the door this day and when I came in the staff was polite and nice the food was good. The problem I saw was the filthy restaurant and bathrooms being the first person in the door you would think that night shift would have left this place clean i took so many pictures of everything for proof that this place was filthy. Chips in the floor under the front counter, pubic hair on the sink and top of the urinal, toilet paper in the floor, dried drink on the condiments counter. The garbage wasn't emptied from last night, cheese on the table, napkins in the floor. At this location in this area you would think it would be clean and well run it's not.

We stopped here a couple times for a late snack; while visiting relatives in the area. When we went inside, we were told we could only order by the kiosk. When we asked for some guidance (we hadn't had to use one of their's before); we were curtly told "it's easy" and the counter person walked away to jabber with a coworker. When we asked for a paper receipt, we were told that couldn't be provided. The next day we used the drive-thru; where we could order by voice, and receive a paper receipt. Apparently the inside counter staff are either too lazy or too ignorant to talk to customers, or provide the same level of service one receives sitting in one's vehicle. The food was standard Taco Bell; nothing fancy, just decent food at a reasonable price. We give a 4 for the food and drive-thru service; and a 1 for the indifference to customers who venture inside.
