don’t go here unless you want to wait 30 minutes to a hour when only 4 cars are in front of you. Happens every single time.

Closed early. I work at a waffle house and sometimes would prefer something else and as someone who has to stay open I dont appreciate them closing early. Tried to place a order on the app 40 minutes before close and it told me no as well as the store did. So I came to the store 30 minutes before close (realize this is annoying but didnt have another option) was told too bad they're closed. Appreciate the customer service and hospitality

Food is actually very good but the app is so bad. It literally never works and employees do not know how to help or even want to help. I realize it’s a third party app but Taco Bell needs to take responsibility for this terrible app or build their own.

Food is delicious, not the healthiest choice sure, but I always have to get a steak grilled cheese burrito when I stop here. They're often understaffed or just slow, not sure which, but overall not bad at all.

We have waiting for 35 minutes since we ordered and they have only been doing online orders. 5 different people have come and go and all the people in the store haven’t got any food yet

This Taco Bell is an abomination. Every time I come here they give me a single teaspoon of meat. Yesterday I ordered a five layer beefy burrito and it had all beans, no cheese and a scoop of meat. My crunch wrap supreme was the same way it had a whole bunch of sour cream lettuce and cheese but no meat fr over 3/4 of the crunch wrap was air, sour cream, and cheese. Like thats not ridiculous???! They never put the right amount of meat in your food.

My nephew and I walked from a hotel to this Taco Bell for food. As I walked in I was starred at and mugged. Very uncomfortable atmosphere to be in. I’m not aware why the workers are looking at me weird. As I walked in and stated I would like to order, I was told by a young lady that the dining area is open for deliveries only. I then stated that my nephew and I had walked to the restaurant, and asked if I could still order. Then a man manager came out and he reinforced that the dining area is closed for anything expect deliveries. I asked the same question if I could still order? He looked so mad and frustrated that he had to help a customer. Why is the dining area closed when you’re open until 3am? It’s insane. Even after ordering a girl legitimately mugged me. Like insane how terrible their service is. Just nasty attitude having people.

We all know Taco bell is in its own category. It isn't Mexican food, but it kinda looks similar and they give it the same names. Still tastes great, so we go. This branch is one of the best I've been to, and I've been to many around various states both northern, central and southern from California to Georgia. Clean pleasant atmosphere, with a good staff, and positive attitudes. Food was served in good condition which seems to be a challenge at many fast food spots these days. If you are going to Tacobell, this one is definitely a great choice.

Quiet location, food was really good. Process was a little odd but fine. Down rate was purely because of items being on menu but out of stock (Chicken Nuggets), lady was very helpful and corrected the issue quickly.
Had to order at kiosk. No one acknowledged our presence. Waited 10 min for 4 tacos a drink and cinnamon twists. Saw everyone in kitchen leave and go to back. Drive thru person went on break, meanwhile, our order had not been made. Know I ordered correctly, but had to yell back to correct one item they had made so I wouldn't have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for a corrected taco. No customer service at all. Don't go.

My husband and I both worked a long day and neither of us had eaten since early this morning. So we chose Taco Bell as a quick dinner option. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before we arrived to ensure it was ready when we got there. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. Got to the window and they asked us to “pull to the front” and then the employee shut the window before we could ask for clarification. Waited for 15 MORE MINUTES before my husband finally walked in and our food was just sitting on the counter, COLD. He asked the employee if they were just gonna let it sit there and wait for us to come get it and the employee told him they looked for us and couldn’t find us. We parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. And we were watching the door and never saw anyone come out. Our order wasn’t even that big. We left with our cold food and definitely will take our business to the other Taco Bell down the road. 35 MINUTES FOR 2 MEALS IS WILD.
