I dont write up fast food too often but was very impressed with this Taco Bell. I hate ordering at kiosks but Andrea was great in providing assistance and made the entire visit pleasant. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Food was better than average.
I could not decide where I wanted to eat lunch. I was on Hwy. 280 S. so I decided to go to Taco Bell and it was certainly the right decision. The staff was so nice and I was fortunate to meet Suzanne Gardner an area coach for Taco Bell and Tacala.. She was so friendly , a true people person. I am an older man. Suzanne saw that I was on a cane, so she helped me to table, carrying my tray. I cannot compliment this lady enough, she made my day.
The restaurant is a standard Taco Bell.
It's not really great on service. Staff isn't the best, get orders wrong most of the time.
Bathrooms are disgusting and the wait time for pick up orders are insane. 30 minutes for a mobile pick up order should not be mandatory.
