I've not had a problem at Taco Bell in quite some time. However, the app needs to use your location automatically. Ive had two occasions now in which, I've had to drive to another location to get my order costing me time, money and gas. Other apps have this feature. Please update ASAP. Thank you

Horrible Customer Service & Cold Food
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but when I arrived, the staff refused to give me my food simply because they “weren’t used” to my name being spelled a certain way. I gave them the mobile order number, yet they still wouldn’t hand it over until I had to literally explain that names can be spelled differently.
To make matters worse, when I went to the drive-thru side door to get my order, one of the female employees made fun of my name while her coworkers laughed right in front of me. Completely unprofessional and rude. And to top it all off, my food was cold by the time they finally gave it to me.
I won’t be coming back here, and I highly recommend others avoid this location if you want to be treated with basic respect.

On Cinco de Mayo, they did not have the pizza shell for Mexican pizza. Then, the Burrito Supreme was served to us cold. Personnel was abrupt and unfriendly. It’s a shame.
