I often go here to grab lunch , and usually it's good customer service..... BUT Today , it was horrible!! Whoever they have working the drive through needs to be retrained on customer service or go find another job ! Attitude right off the bat as soon as I pulled up, took my card and set it down on the reader. Gave me my food no thank you or anything even after I said thank you as I always do, then I sat there because she still had my card. She open the window and didn't say anything, I said can I have my card back, and she looked at me like I did something wrong. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB , GO FIND SOMETHING ELSE !!! And no straw for my damn drink.

After ordering Mexican Pizza and bean with cheese and a taco supreme I took my order to the table and found out the only plastic ware was a knife. There were no spoons or forks. How in the hell do I eat my food? There is a supermarket in the same development. The manage should be fired, demoted or kicked in the butt for not getting them. He /she was not in the store. I will not come here again.also with the temperature outside is 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the store has the air conditioning on and it is uncomfortable trying to eat. The beans with cheese and pizza were tasty but unfortunately eating with a plastic knife detracted from the meal.

Whoever was working the window on 9/29/2025 at 12:21 PM needs to get their act together. Not one word was spoken to me even after trying to make small talk/ask for my total. She never asked for my card just shoved her hand out her window into mine. We usually get the sweetest people but she needs either a talking too or a new profession.

Outside of asking for my order at the speaker, the person at the window said nothing to me AT the window. No “hi”, no “here’s your food”. Nothing. She looked at me, handed me my bag, then turned away and closed the window 🤣🤣💀🤦♀️

I’ve been here several times and after last nights visit will probably not go back. Portions were so small I actually laughed out loud on the drive home. Should have checked it sooner and would have brought it back. Service was ok, but the preparation of the food was atrocious for what the menu cost has become. Management, hopefully y’all read these
10/10. Got the 30 min til close and it was hot, ready, and out fast with quick service! Delightful! If you’re craving late night food, risk it here, it’s s worth the biscuit! Id add a picture, but I ate all that food too quick, and they even helped me order things properly so it was cheaper! 10/10

afternoon staff is very rude . overcooks food tortillas was hard as a rock, wraps food sloppy food all in the bag . order was wrong had to go back thru twice. got to drive through window basically throws food out the window and is in a rush for you to grab it. this is just a very sad excuse for customer service

This is a pretty solid Taco Bell. They are seemingly well organized. But be aware that they are busy. I would recommend using the app to order.
