I visited this place with my husband and son. It was a great experience in Summit. A fantastic spot for Mexican food with an American twist. Delicious quesadillas, tasty tacos, and margaritas that leave you speechless. You can tell the management is excellent. This place feels hip, well-run, and truly top-notch.

A friend and I had dinner last night. The employees were great. We closed them down. The employees were extremely patient and friendly the whole time. They also had team work mentality. The place was very clean. I can't say enough about the staff. Thank you Taco Mama Summit

Casual restaurant. Allow yourself some time since lunch was very busy, and seating is about half indoors and half outdoors. Family-oriented, and the portions are generously sized. I had a burrito and was full; one person had a salad and couldn't finish it all.
The Mercedes Marg is the best or summer watermelon...taco basquet or burrito bowl always hit the spot.
