This place is always the answer, no brainer,I don't know what/where to eat? This place has never disappointed me. Once you order, food comes almost as fast as a drive through. The service is great, everyone is super friendly, super courteous, super helpful, super attentive. The food is always great; me and my family eats here at least once per month for the last 4 years. I have never had any bad experience on any way.

Unhygienic Food Preparation — Health Hazard Warning
I’m extremely disappointed and concerned after my recent visit to Taco Mama at the Summit. While waiting for my order, I witnessed a kitchen worker actively coughing repeatedly without a mask or any attempt to cover their mouth — all while preparing food in the open kitchen. No gloves were worn, and no handwashing followed the coughing fits.
In today’s health climate, especially with ongoing concerns around COVID-19 and foodborne illnesses, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. Food safety should be the bare minimum, and witnessing this in a professional kitchen raises serious red flags.
I hope management takes immediate steps to train their staff on proper hygiene and public health protocols.

This was my first time trying taco mama. I made the mistake of going right at lunchtime and the wait to order was a little long. There was a young gentleman named Zach that was outside, assisting the customers and was very polite and helpful.
The restaurant is quite loud in my opinion. I felt a bit overstimulated even just waiting for my to-go order. The staff were working quickly to get all the orders out promptly.
I got the Alabama redneck taco basket, and it did not disappoint! So very tasty and tender and full of flavor. The chips are light and thinner than the ones you typically get at most Mexican restaurants. I really enjoyed them. But I think I enjoyed the Side of Street corn more than anything. Super delicious!

Why would you take phone orders that ties up a person and a register, but not accepting online orders? Especially since the line is down the sidewalk, and all you have is one register taking orders???

I love taco mama, but I haven’t been in a while. There were three of us. I got a burrito bowl, the other two got the two taco deal. We also ordered two margaritas( not two each. Two total). My bill was $107. This is outrageous!!!!!

Had the beef & cheese tacos and a delicious pomegranate marg on our way home to Auburn from Nashville. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. I didn’t enjoy the street corn but I wanted to try something new so now I know. We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area!
