Their lunch buffet is always outstanding. The food is authentic and very tasty though it may be a bit spicy for some. Their naan bread is to die for. The Navratan Korma is my favorite and they have it most days.

This was a food delivery and I’m sorry but it was awful. The vegetable Pakora was horrible. The chicken misala was terrible and I’m sorry to be negative but for the price it was awful.

This breaks my heart to say this since I have been a customer of over 11 years, but I don’t think that I’ll be back for a very, very long time. I grew up around Indian food and culture, so I know good Indian food vs. bad. My favorite dish is saag. This is the second time I have been there and had to send it back because even the ocean is less salty than the dish. I am pregnant and craving it, and I had to send it back because it was inedible. My husband tried it, so he couldn’t refer to me as a “Karen” and call me dramatic, and he said it tasted terrible and beyond salty. It used to be my favorite go to from Taj, but the quality/taste has declined. The biriyani is not real biriyani and lacked flavor. I was very disappointed. I’m going to give Taj a break for a while before giving it another chance. I hope they read this criticism and grow from it. We will be back, but not anytime soon. Hopefully, the issues can be worked out. For now, I’m back on the search for the best Indian food in Birmingham.

More of a North Indian/ Punjabi style food. Enjoyed the whole visit. I'm more of a dosa,idli and brianni kinda guy.

We love the new location! We prefer the lunch buffet because of the variety. The food is consistently good and they offer a wide selection of options. The only issue I have noticed is that the servers can be a little slow and they seem to run out of small bowls every time I’m there. Go when you have an appetite - there’s a lot to enjoy!
