This place was recommended to us by a family member, and it DID NOT disappoint. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the sauce was utterly phenomenal, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.We had only had our salads for a few minutes when the entrees came out, and my husband and I were talking about how good and high quality the food was the entire time, and even long after we left!If you’re in the area (and even if you aren’t!), absolutely give this place a go. Authentic Italian at its finest!Parking: It’s a part of the strip mall, and in a bit of a lower traffic area, so parking is plentiful, but it’s a little bit of a walk.

My husband and I loved eating here for date night! The service is so kind and friendly and the atmosphere feels welcoming and inviting. I used to go to Tamburro’s with my dad when I was younger when they were first open. He passed away last year, and I was nervous going back, afraid that it wouldn’t be like I remembered. But it was just the same. I kept smiling thinking how happy my dad would’ve been to go back to one of our favorite restaurants that always seemed happy and homey. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place and highly encourage anyone to go here!

I love when Trussville adds more local spots and will usually always go to them over any typical chains in the area. Unfortunately after 3 attempts at Tamburro's I will have to call it quits. Every dish both me and my wife get just doesn't seem worth what you pay for it in both quantity and quality. I wanted a place like this to succeed, but not sure how it will at this point.

Sophia was our waitress and was such a joy and very attentive, she heard us say it was our mother’s birthday and she had the owner sing happy birthday to her on the accordion and it meant the world to us and the food was delicious! Some wonderful person anonymously paid for her birthday meal and we can’t be grateful enough, so much love in this restaurant! We will be back very often for the delicious food and wonderful people :)

Absolutely loved dining here. The restaurant is beautiful and the mural on the wall was being painted while we dined. Our food was delicious and could not have been any better. All of the ingredients are very fresh and tasty! 10/10 Can't wait to come back!

My friend and i came here to eat after getting caught in the rain while hiking. We were soaking wet and a little dirty but we were immediately greeted and seated. The waitress did a great job and timed our meal well. All of the food was delicious: bread with seasoned butter, fresh side salad, fried cheese sticks, cheese ravioli with meat sauce, and chicken parm sandwich with fries. Portions were great and it is very reasonably priced. I can't wait to come back!

The best Italian around! The lunch menu is affordable and the dishes are delicious! We had the lasagna and the fettuccine alfredo. So good!
Food was decent. Nothing special. We went on. Tuesday night at 6;30 and were literally the only people there. Service was good but they had nobody else to serve that night. The beer selection is horrible. No macros at all. They can't offer a Bud/Miller/Coors/Ultra option? For that reason alone we will not be back.

Ordered dinner eggplant parm. Received two slices of eggplant that tasted like it wasn't terribly fresh and some spaghetti (even this would be considered a lunch portion at Olive Garden). The dressing on the salad was more of a sludge consistency. The "garlic bread" was a small Italian loaf with some garlic butter that came on the side to dip it in. This will be my first and last time eating here.

The best restaurant in Trussville!! The food and Atmosphere top notch!!! The service, I cannot say enough!! It’s unusual these days to have the owners visit your table introduce themselves, make sure you’re enjoying yourselves, makes sure the food meets your expectations and if you have everything you need!! WOW!!There were 9 of us celebrating a birthday and the service truly was top notch!The original owner played the accordion making the atmosphere feel like you were in a quaint place in Italy.Thank you for a fantastic experience❤️
