Very, very pleasant this a.m. Can't say for the afternoon or evenings. We had a lite breakfast. The Belgium waffle was sooo amazing and the biscuits were huge!! We plan to come back for the lunch or other menu items. Very kind and helpful staff.

I’ve always liked Alpha Charlie, but this visit was really disappointing.
My wings were cold. My dad ordered a double burger with no cheese or bacon and grilled onions, but they brought it out wrong. When the staff offered to remake it, my dad offered to pay for the new burger because he saw the owner’s attitude and wanted to avoid conflict—but the burger they remade came out with just bun and meat, no toppings at all, which is unacceptable.
They did remake the wings and fries after I mentioned they were cold. My mom’s macaroni was cold too, but she ate it anyway.
When we were leaving, my dad went to pay. The first lady who greeted us was fine, but the second lady—a heavy-set woman—was rude and rushed me while I was ordering and didn’t take her time with my family, who were first-time customers.
The owner said my dad should be rung up as a kids meal. While my dad insisted on paying, there was no real apology or sympathy for the poor service and food quality.
This was a frustrating experience, and I hope management improves both the food and customer service.

We took our it 2 little ones to watch the planes today. It was cold/wet/rainy and we had the BEST day! The owner was so informative with my 7 year old little boy on planes and the flight museum, which I didn’t know existed. The food was outstanding, we had the cheese curds and the medivac sandwich. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer with their patio!
