We visited The Cheesecake Factory tonight to celebrate making our adoption official with our son, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Our server, Mason S. (as listed on the check), went above and beyond to make the night special. When he learned what we were celebrating, he shared that adoption is close to his heart as well because his mom was adopted. That genuine connection meant more to us than he probably knows.
Mason was kind, attentive, and sincere, and he helped turn an already meaningful milestone into an even more memorable evening. We are so grateful for his warmth and care. Thank you for being part of such a special moment for our family.

My boyfriend and I came here for our 2 year anniversary and from the start our experience was bad, I come from service industry and what i experienced just really wasn’t it. When we got there it wasn’t too crowded and it seemed like there where a bunch of severs working, it took our server around 10 minutes to see us which wasn’t too bad and when he did he didn’t introduce himself at all and made the interaction very quick and almost like he didn’t want to serve us, we got our drinks 10 minutes after we ordered them and we also ordered an appetizer, a table near us that sat down a little after us with the same server was able to order their food before us for some reason. We didn’t order our entrees till after our appetizers arrived and I’m not sure if that’s how its typically done there (which if it is i understand) but normally we order when we order our appetizers. Once we started on the fried Mac n cheese bites, both my boyfriend and my stomachs started to hurt, we tried to eat a few bites of our entree but decided to just take it to go. As soon as we got back to the car my boyfriend got sick and started to vomit. He had the classic club sandwich and I had the chicken Alfredo and both of us ended up getting sick, I’m feeling better but he’s still recovering. Also for a time reference we got there around 6/ 6:15 ish and didn’t leave until 7:50 even though both of us wanted to leave sooner, the food was over priced just to make us sick, $120 that was basically sent down the drain.Based off of this experience I don’t see us ever returning.

We enjoyed our meal at the Cheese Cake factory and of course we had to follow up our meal with the “mandatory” dessert of cheesecake, which was delicious. The service was excellent, but I found the restaurant to be a bit expensive.
