I'm from Prattville, this being my 3rd experience. This is extremely long, I apologize. Absolutely amazing! Always exceptional food, and service. Which is not easy to come by. The Georgia peach beverage was amazing. I am not normally a frozen gal. Perfect measurements, stayed frozen through our meal(I don't drink anything whole I'm eating) I think we all know that doesn't happen in a regular glass cup. Again, THANK YOU for everything!

I eat here all the time and the food is always good except for today. I ordered the Spicy Cashew Chicken and it had no cashews or sauce. The rice was hard and unchewable, the chicken was cooked extra, extra well and was dry as a bone. After 4 bites , I had to quit because I could barely swallow because it was so dry.

I wish we lived closer-we would go more often. We have never had a bad meal here. We have had to wait almost while for an available table but once seated the service is always good. We were always too full to try the cheesecake here until our most recent visit in which we made a point to go for desert. We tried 6 different kinds and shared them among our table and they were all absolutely amazing! My two personal favorites were the lemon raspberry and the chocolate cherry (which tasted like chocolate covered cherries). I wish I could remember our server's name-he gave us excellent service. We'll be back!

I took a dear friend of mine to your location last night, it was her 1st time and we were celebrating a promotion we arrived at 9 pm Was seated immediately, The food was excellent, but the service was poor. It took forever for someone to come to our table. Was never asked for refills and the cheesecake that I ordered took so long to come out that I asked for them to put it in to go box, When I asked to speak to a manager, the managers response was the young man had a lot of side work to do, which is understandable but at the price you pay the have not only good but also excellent service , even a closing time customers shouldn’t be looked over.

The wait was really long and unorganized. They told us 30 minutes and it was an hour and a half for a party of 2. Many people went ahead of us. Waitress was nice, good service, food mostly good. They need to rethink their bread choices, it really takes away from the rest of the sandwich, burger etc.
I ordered a whole cheesecake for my son's birthday. When I got it home and opened it up it was presliced with paper between each slice. It looked like crap. I never would have ordered it if I had know it was going to look like that. The website doesn't mention that you will be getting a presliced, paper divided cheesecake. When I called to ask about it I was told it comes from the factory like that, but I know it comes from Sysco. I expected better for a $75 cheesecake. I will never order another whole cheesecake from them. The picture below is the one I took. The other is from the website.

Picked up my order today December 7th, 2024. The pumpernickel bread was burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. Worst experience I have had at this restaurant.
