This was a nice restaurant. It appeared to be a black business. Very nice decorum. It had R&B music in the background playing softly, with several large screen tvs up on the wall. Playing sports, news, and music videos to your liking. The food here was out of the world. Everything was seasoned well, and the portion size was enough for two people. There weren't a lot of service workers but they were very nice and helpful. I can't wait to return.
I was a little skeptical walking into the place because it looked very plain, and the pieces of paper taped to the plexiglass barrier look a little trashy. We were sat down by a hostess who didn't seem to care to be there, but that was the end of the poor experience. I cannot for the life of me remember our waitresses name, but she was a delight. My son and I both ordered a boil with the house special seasoning. The seasoning wasn't your typical zatarans boil seasoning...
Visited this location for a birthday dinner. While we love seafood, there was a big discrepancy regarding how the sausage come in the bags. Apparently, you don't get many at all (at this location). I believe we were told that only about 2-4 small pieces of sausage come in the bags compared to other locations, you get more for your money. I chose this location because it's typically never as busy as the Roebuck location and much quieter (don't really prefer the loud...
