Just FYI, if you are KETO or carnivore, they will charge you full price for just a pattie saying the owner doesn’t give them a way to charge for just hamburger patties. Can’t recommend this place based on that.

This place is amazing. The food is so good, I dream about it. The only reason I did 4 stars on atmosphere is because the valleydale one is a little small inside. We normally sit outside which is right next to the parking lot. Like really close but we don’t care. The food is soooooo good and everyone there is so friendly every time. Love this place!

The food is great but they have never ever gotten one of my orders correct when I customize the burger. They always miss stuff! I wish they were more attentive to getting the order accurate. I typically go back because I don’t live far, but I’m not going back today, I don’t have time. Also sucks because I paid extra for things like bacon on my burger and I did not get the bacon nor the cheese that’s supposed to come on the burger. Annoying and I hate paying extra for something you did not give me.

Found this when looking for somewhere close by to eat and it was amazing! I got the chicken Caesar wrap with chips. The chips are homemade and seasoned well. We also got an order of pork rinds which came out warm and seasoned well. My mom got the single cheeseburger. The burgers are fresh! The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. This will definitely be added to my list.

Love Craft Burger. People are very pleasant there and polite. Food is always amazing. Tater tots hit the spot. You can customize the burger and even change the cheese. Price is very reasonable too.
