Food was terrible. Got 3 items off the menu: 2 sandwiches and the triple G.Their sandwhich is served in between a hot-dog bun (hoagie). None of the ingredients seem to be fresh. food is served and assembled, not cooked. The fries are okay but you get exactly the same at McDonalds for cheaperthe triple G consisted of 3 cups of soupy watered down salsa, jalapeño sauce and queso. you couldn’t scoop them up with the nacho chips.Would not recommend this venue, at least not the items ordered. The aforesaid items are relatively cheap but you get the what you pay for.

The chicken tenders may be the very best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and get a basket.

"Tripp's Bar is an absolute gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for a fantastic time. The vibe is electric, the music is pumping, and the atmosphere is just what you need to let loose and have a blast. Now, let's talk about the real star of the show - their fried pickles! ?? Holy moly, these are some of the best I've ever had. Crispy, flavorful, and downright addictive, they're the perfect companion to a cold drink and good company. But that's not all - the drinks menu is a masterpiece in itself. Whether you're into classic cocktails or bold new creations, Tripp's has something for everyone. And the bartenders? They're total pros, mixing up drinks with style and flair that'll leave you speechless. So if you're looking for a night out that's filled with fun, flavor, and unforgettable memories, look no further than Tripp's Bar. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!" ??

Overpriced under quality and I'm not just talking about the staff. Ambiance is okay if you don't mind bright lights, loud staff. Stinky dogs and pee soaked turf

Went to Birmingham for annual guys trip/March madness. Stumbled upon the goose and instantly loved it. Small place inside but multiple TVs to view and they were great about changing TVs to games we wanted. Bartenders were all incredibly friendly. The other people in the bar all seemed like regulars and they were all welcoming to us. During the games the entire place was cheering to make you feel like you were in the arena. We went back the next day with new bar staff that was also incredible. Chicken tenders were huge and some of the best I've had. Jager was cold and flowing well. Overall one of the best bars I've been to hands down. Almost want to return there for the trip every year just for The Goose.

Tried this place out weekend of Halloween . Wasn’t crowded at all . Location and decor was chill. I can tell parking may be an issue if they are extremely busy . Our server did her job . That’s the most I can say . However her coworkers were really good and even checked on my date and I from time to time. I ordered a lemon drop from their list of drink specials . It didn’t have shot next to it like the other drinks. She didn’t ask nor inform me that it was in shot form (I wanted a martini ) but it was really good . The food was really tasty ! I had the Greek salad but switch the dressing . My date had the hot honey wings and some type of sandwich that was divine ! EVERYTHING was delicious . Definitely will be back .

Late night food stop for a group of friends after we left a game. It was a beautiful night so we ate outside. It was a group of 6 and the service was fast and efficient. I had their nachos and I loved them. Portion size was more than enough for one person alone or to share. Burgers were ordered by others and from the looks of it they were delicious as well. We had no complaints with our experience. They also have outside games and ample sitting for large or small groups.

Went today for some apps with the kids. The restaurant was half full. The staff was friendly, but it took over an hour for apps… one of which was chips, cheese dip and salsa. If things are moving that slowly, at least bring the chips & dips out before the rest so that the kids aren’t having a full-blown come apart. Once everything arrived at the 1 hr 10 min mark (chips & dips, fried pickles, and cauliflower)… it was all pretty decent. Overall though, it wasn’t an experience worth repeating. I get it being this slow if it was slammed, but it wasn’t. Just very lackadaisical.

After passing by this place so many times and it being the only thing open at the time, I decided to give them a try. I was stuck between the shrimp Po boy and the smash burger. I asked the bartender which was better and she said the smash burger. So essentially it's supposed to be a party melt (in my opinion) but on regular bread and double the meat. My total came to be 15$ even. And it came with fries which they say on the menus "are on us" and honestly I can see why. Everything I ate was just right below average. The fries were ok, but not crunchy like fresh fries should be. Don't think there was any Salt or pepper, maybe some other seasoning because it wasn't just bland. The burger was once again just ok. There was no flavor. I just felt like I was eating meat and cheese and onion because that's all you could taste. No other seasonings were found. Also the meal definitely was not worth the price. It claims to be a double burger but in all honesty the burger/patty size is MAYBE 1 mm thicker than that of a Wendy's Jr burger. So in total you might get 1.5 times the meat instead of 2x like a REAL double should be. Can't attest to the ambiance because I had it to go, but wish I had eaten in so I could have given it back and got my money. I'm not saying don't go here. But if you do, skip out on the smash burger because you definitely can get better for much cheaper elsewhere.
