I understand now why there is no line. What an absurdly small amount of cream cheese on my $6 bagel.

The airport website says its location is open until 8:00 p.m.
I arrived at 6:27 to be told by the staff that they were closed.
please fix your published times so that travelers and airport patrons understand the availability nutrition options at Birmingham airport!
It’s 7am and the only lady working is rude and literally turning away every customer saying “we don’t have that” Just shut down and go home then.

Didn't have many choices of bagels,mocha machine broken,only plain cream cheese.No reflection on the staff,they were very nice.This is for mgmt.,MAKE SURE THEY ARE STOCKED!

I had a bagel with butter and a soda it was $9 and I had to go back so they could put more butter on that dry bagel it definitely was nowhere near fresh

I stopped on the way to the gate In Birmingham airport and the lack of service and slow motion movement was ridiculous, I played with them and they were out of everything I wanted so jimmy rigged a sandwich. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes- got to the plane to a dawn untoasted sand! Definitely not worth the price and you'll get what they decide!
I had smoked brisket sandwich and it was delicious. Service was great too. Definitely recommend.

I been waiting for 10 at the counter. No service. I tried to call the phone number listed and I get to VM.
I’m convinced that cardboard is the main ingredient of their bagels. That’s the only explanation for how bad they are.
My first team eating here. Thus far the best sandwich in this airport (not a lot to choose from). The young man that made my sandwich was not only quick kind and thorough but mannnnn he perfected this !! Full of flair plenty of meat seasoning and flavor!!!
