Really not all that bad. Decent breakfast bagels. I don't know who's going to a fast food establishment for the service, so don't expect overly enthusiastic counter service at 5 AM, but if a warm bagel is your game then this will do just fine.

Walked up to the counter to place an order and the gentleman stated that he couldn't help me, that he was going on break. Ok, fine. About 15 min later, he was back and serving other customers so I walked up and to try and order and he said sorry again he was going on break.

I had a veggie bagel here that tasted mediocre only. But I've had much worse before. The ingredients were not the vest in my opinion, just ok. And the lettuce looked a bit bland. The service was friendly, but very slow. The staff preferred to chat privately.

this is a direct message to whoever owns this restaurant. this restaurant arguably has the best food in the airport. however, there is never a line even when the Chick-fil-A next door is crowded and has a huge line. today I tried again to eat here and it makes me sad that I will probably never return.

I should have read the reviews before paying… I made a $7 donation. 30 minutes and I couldn’t get a plain bagel with cream cheese. I had to leave to keep from missing my flight… what a joke of a business

Went to great American bagel in the Birmingham Alabama airport. One person was working and only one person was in front of me. The worker was slow, somewhat rude and I asked for a ham sandwich on a baguette with added turkey. She charged me for two sandwiches instead of just extra for the meat, but I was in a rush and I was hungry and I didn’t care. What she ended up, giving me was one piece of ham and one piece of turkey on the entire sandwich. When I went back and asked for more meat she said I’m running out of meat and if I give you that I won’t be able to make more sandwiches. I asked how many pieces of meat going to normal sandwich with somebody doesn’t double pay. She said at least four pieces which honestly is just not enough to begin with and I said so you charge me double and gave me half what a normal sandwich is. I told her that I paid $20 for a sandwich that would normally be 11 and that I wanted what I paid for or my money back so she added more meat and I went on my way. I was extremely dissatisfied with this and wondered how many other customers walked away with nothing on their sandwich and then got on a plane and had no recourse.

So rude. 3 people standing behind the counter and I was ignored for several minutes. Person that prepared my food had very long unkempt hair and was not wearing a hair net. I threw my food directly in the garbage. Do better!!!!!

I fly weekly and the staffing here is less than par. Woman this morning was on her phone the entire time messing up orders. Left without food paid for!

The airport website says its location is open until 8:00 p.m.

I arrived at 6:27 to be told by the staff that they were closed.

please fix your published times so that travelers and airport patrons understand the availability nutrition options at Birmingham airport!

It’s 7am and the only lady working is rude and literally turning away every customer saying “we don’t have that” Just shut down and go home then.

Didn't have many choices of bagels,mocha machine broken,only plain cream cheese.No reflection on the staff,they were very nice.This is for mgmt.,MAKE SURE THEY ARE STOCKED!
