Do not buy from this Clinton catlin He is quick to take your hard earned money and he will not deliver furniture. I bought my furniture he has given me three different delivery dates. I Even offered to pick up the furniture myself . He does not return emails , msg and how does he have a business but the main number has been out of order for weeks . This is not a business! The video is proof that you were not afraid for your life. The wife cursing while waving the gun shows clearly she was not afraid. You could have simply corrected the issue without the unnecessary tactics. You probably know the furniture was defective but got upset when the customer gave you an ultimatum. This incident is a bad look for your business. By the way, responding back to reviews doesn't help. The video speaks for itself.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! These people would take your money and you won’t hear from them. My mom purchased a mirror and table from them two months ago and was still waiting for her items. She tried calling (phones didn’t work) and tried going back to the website (site down). She never received a call, email, or any notification about her delivery. We traveled from Ga to Alabama to see what was the hold up, she was told that the man (husband) would deliver it on Thursday 11/19/2020. The wife called my mom that Wednesday and told her that she would receive a call one hour before the delivery. My mom said she waited and he never showed. She ended up filing a claim with her bank because she never received the items that she paid $800 for. This is bad business and all she tried to do was support the black business owners and it’s sad that someone would do that. If she wouldn’t have went to Alabama she would’ve still been waiting on them. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!!!!!

Not sure I’m going to shop at this location because I’m scared of getting a gun pulled on me while being screamed at come get it by the owners wife as I’m walking away during a dispute over furniture that was delivered not the way I expected all while the owner’s child is watching a few feet away. And the name of the store a catchy drug dealer reference called the PLUG should tell you a lot, I don’t want to shop where the plugs wife is ready to pull the strap over a misunderstanding

Quality of products delivered is substandard. If you ask for a refund or replacement, they may a gun on you, literally. Unsure if this is more or less true based on your demographics. Big risk to take over furniture. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Pick a better, sane option. Smh

I am writing this reply with hopes that I can get a call back in regard the merchandise I ordered. In specific my two green velvet chairs and my marble black and gold table that was delivered damaged. I have been waiting on my table since about two months now. The merchandise above was paid directly to this business no financing at all. Over the past 3 weeks I have been told so many lies about my furniture. 1st I was told that it would be delivered on Friday 3 weeks ago well it never came nor did I receive a call stating that I would not receive it. They also told me the furniture was the store and just need to be delivered. I called them and the lady that works there said it was in a container in Georgia. But I again I was initially told the furniture was at the store.I called them again and I was then told that I would receive it two days later— well I never got it and no one called to update me. Now their phones arent working which has to be a lie. Also I have sent emails and no response. I have sent messages on Instagram no response. I still have no merchandise and no response about it. At this point just give me my damn money back. Never again. I will be filing suit in regard to this matter . He has until Friday

Apparently, if you have a disagreement about the quality of your furniture then they will pull a gun on you. I dont feel safe shopping at places like this. My life is more important than their broken down furniture.
The customer service is unbeatable! They are very attentive and go out of their way to get you what you want.
