Staying at the UAB Hilton and went down for breakfast. Synetric greeted me and asked me how I was doing, told me about the breakfast buffet (which was a nice quality and selection of eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, grits, oatmeal & pastries) and was able to get me my coffee to go. The other staff working was also pleasant.
I got am omelette and fresh fruit. The omelette was huge and cooked perfectly. The fruit was really fresh as well. My husband got pancakes. They were really big and a bit too doughy. You can top them with fresh fruit too. This place has a variety of goodies from the grill and on the buffet. It’s very convenient for a quick meal at the hotel. The employees are friendly enough and they get the job done quickly. Definitely worth a try!
If you stop in and see unsure of what to try, you cannot go wrong with the fried green tomato blt. The way this blt is reimagined is amazing and offers so many complimentary flavors that I don't even know where to begin to tell you how much I love it. and the fries... you'll love them too. the service is great. our waitress was Marianne and she was excellent, making a personal connection with her guest. Overall great experience!
