The absolute worst experience. Walk into the restaurant right at 11am for lunch, no employee in sight. We get seated around 11:10 when a server appears, orders are taken at 11:20. Food does not arrive until 12:00, and everyone's food is cold. My order was not even put into the computer with everyone else's. Mistakes happen, but we were the ONLY table in the restaurant. Waitress offered to have everyone's food remade, but since it took 40 minutes for them to make 5 paninis, we said absolutely not. A quick lunch with coworkers to celebrate a birthday should have taken an hour, instead took 2 hours and we all left hungry since the food was not edible.

We ordered an app and our meal with instructions to bring the app then the salads and then our meals. The server brought out the salads and the meal but no app, sent it back and waited 10 minutes still no app so left money for drinks and order a pizza from different place,

Stopped by recently, and the food was underwhelming. The tomato soup lacked the fresh, rich flavor you’d expect—it tasted more like it came from a can. Other items didn’t feel as well-prepared as they should for the price. Overall, the quality didn’t match the expectations for this place

Dark place, but I like low lighting. Food is not served hot: queso, soup. Draft beer not available when I was there. Looks like they are getting it set up though. Service is lacking: timing and friendliness. Great French fries. They are huge and tasty. The turkey panini was just okay. Not pressed long enough so I just took the bread off.

Stephanie was awesome. Pur party of 22 was perfect t
Food is easily 5 stars. Service was extremely slow, took 20 mins to get seated, processed payment on my card twice (not the servers fault at all, he apologized repeatedly) it definitely has high potential, but if you’re waiting an hour plus for your food, best to attend elsewhere.
It's a NO. Had very high hopes for this place. Unfortunately they were quickly dashed, and ended up leaving after it took 30 to 45 minutes to even get drinks, before ordering. Other people were having to complain also about the lack of service. Decided it was just best to pay for the drinks, and leave, can't imagine the hassle of getting food if you're looking at 30/45 minute wait just to get drinks during a typical afternoon.

Yash is amazing! I was in town for work and in desperate need of a dessert. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. Even though the menu didn't have chocolate listed, he worked his magic in the kitchen and surprised me with a delicious chocolate brownie. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town. Amazing service with a smile ?

After reading other reviews I was skeptical. And those other reviews were right on. Sat at bar as we thought we’d have better chance of getting service. After sitting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement we left. Bartender didn’t even seem that busy. Just wasn’t moving very fast. Heard other people complain as well. Good news is we found an awesome Mediterranean place just up the road. Skip the Lab and go there

We've been staying at the Hilton for several weeks while my husband recovers from a liver transplant so we decided to order from The Lab and my only regret is that we haven't done it sooner! We shared the chicken Flatbread, delicious and plenty of toppings!

I recently dined at The Lab Bar and Kitchen and had a mixed experience. The chips and queso were absolutely delicious – perfectly crispy chips and rich, flavorful queso. However, the beef brisket tacos were a bit of a letdown. The meat was dry, and the taco shells were a little tough. Despite this, the service was friendly and the ambiance pleasant. With a few tweaks to the tacos, this place could easily earn 5 stars. I'll definitely be back to enjoy the queso again!

This place has please my heart. We had a late night dinner and the food was delicious and the staff was still friendly. I also came for breakfast and witnessed “family” serving together. It pleased me to see the staff working beautifully together. They gave outstanding service. The place has also been renovated and it looks nice!

Yash made the experience great. I stay in hotels more often than I’m home and while the food was good but not the greatest, Yash made me want to come back. He’s kind and attentive and made my experience worth while!

We unfortunately were not served. We went over lunch and had an hour until we had to get to another meeting. We sat at the bar. We received menus but a server did not come to take our menu for over 15 minutes. We eventually had to leave because we did not feel like we would have enough time to get our food.
