The food is so delicious 🤤, Today I arrived too early for a beef burger and had to grab breakfast, but everything is delicious, so worth it.

The best BBQ I've ever had in 37 years. I wish I was a big back so I could eat it non stop. Had the smoked sausage sandwich and a side of slaw. Genuinely get depressed when I finish the food.

The service- Staff are polite, friendly, and gave speedy service. 5 stars to the staff. (Drive thru)
The food- The breakfast is definitely 5 stars! Absolutely loved the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.
As for the lunch/dinner. Ehh. I’ve tried the riblets and they tasted very unseasoned, and just smothered in sauce. I found that I don’t really like their bbq sauce, but it’s not bad per se. Just not a flavor I prefer. The sides are quite underwhelming and plain, though. Fries were not salted, the coleslaw had absolutely no flavor, and the baked beans were quite mediocre. And that riblet plate was $17.. $20 with the $3 tip. (I used drive thru)
I’ll come back for the breakfast for sure. But definitely won’t have another bbq plate. However, I tried some LOADED fries my boss purchased, and those were pretty good. Still wasn’t crazy about the sauce, but the fries, cheese, and whatever else was on them, kind of balanced out my dislike of the sauce. I’d eat the loaded fries again.

Food is decent but it takes all day to get it

Here it is several years later and I went by to try it once more. I'll never do that again.
For lunch I had talked 2 other guys into trying this place so we went. They wouldn't take 3 orders at the drive thru, someone had to go inside. Then as we were leaving my buddy asked for some extra sauce and they wanted to charge 1.25 for it.
I've been frequenting this place off and in since 2001 and have recommended it to numerous people, but that all ends today.

The best BBQ sandwich, rather ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, or bologna with all the fixin'.....it's just so good. The service gives you a special feeling of being a valued customer.

Visit more for breakfast than lunch. Absolutely the best sausage egg & cheese sandwich in BHM. Note it states sandwich. Served with a hamburger bun. Will have a wait when you order whether you choose to wait inside or take drive-in. Either way you will not be disappointed.
