This little shop was great. I met a friend here. I did not care for it's location not being from Birmingham. Parking was paid and difficult to find even in the late afternoon on a weekday.
This has been one of my favorite places since moving to Birmingham. The staff has always been sociable and kind, and I love the chalkboard of them drawn as cats. The coffee is always perfect, and the food never disappoints. My favorite is the Bengal and any of the monthly specials!
Red Cat Cafe is a cozy gem with delicious food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The coffee was especially yummy—smooth, rich, and just what I needed. The cafe’s location near Railroad Park offers amazing views that make the experience even better. I loved the industrial decor—it added a unique and interesting vibe to the space. I would absolutely come back again for the coffee, the cozy ambiance, and the perfect park-side setting.
