The Rougaroux in Birmingham offers excellent New Orleans cuisine with generous portions. The 1/2 muffelata and shrimp poboy are highly recommended. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Another location in Mountain Brook Village. Must-tries include the po'boy catfish, red beans and rice, and gumbo. Parking can be challenging, but worth the visit for attentive service and accommodating allergies.
