I ordered a meal for 16 made up of gumbo, jambalaya and red beans and rice and it was over the top in every way. It was ready at the exact time I requested and they graciously helped me load it into my car.
My dinner guests raved over the food. I will be ordering again! So glad to have this restaurant nearby in Moubtain Brook Village.

Wow, wow, wow. When I asked the waiter, how long the restaurant had been there, I was almost mad at myself when he told me it has been in Birmingham eight years. Why didn’t I find this place sooner? My wife recently had an overnight procedure at UAB, so we looked up Cajun restaurants in the area and this was the closest to us. I’ve been to NOLA countless times over the years and I’m here to say, every morsel of food we ate at this place was hands down better than anything I’ve ever had in NOLA.
