Even though you have an Open Table reservation they do not acknowledge it. Severely understaffed, except for the hostess stand where there were several staff members standing around. This restaurant is located in the Westin hotel and they should be embarrassed.

Made reservation. Line was out the door. Checked with hostess and they said we could not have had a reservation because they do not take them. We have used open table for this restaurant previously and have always been seated very close to time reserved. 4 other people in line that I heard said they also booked and were told there are no reservations. Food was good each time previously. This time we decided to leave and grab food at the BJCC concession stand. Very unfortunate as this restaurant is in the hotel and very convenient.

Place said they don't honor reservations on night when there is concert and show. There were both. We got there very early and it wasn't a problem. Very limited menu and they were out of two items: shrimp and calamari. Food we ordered was very good and the server Hallie (I believe) was excellent. Location great, but if you want to have a conversation ask for a table as far away from the bar as they have.

The name is Casey's Sports Bar and Grill. Tara was quick and efficient. The specials were delicious. Praise God, in Jesus' Name.Casey's Sports Bar and Grill, please use Buffalo Rock Ginger Ale.

My wife and I ate here before a concert at BJCC. The room was so loud it was difficult for us to talk. The menu was different than the one on the website. Luckily, we had a reservation, or we might not have gotten a table. However, there was a table that stayed dirty during our whole visit. Numerous employees walked by it and never attempted to clean it. I order the chicken and macaroni. The chicken was so greasy I couldn't finish it. She had the shrimp and grits and said they were okay. For two entrees, one shared dessert, and one glass of tea...Our bill was $80 including tip. Definitely not worth it. Doubt we will be back.

We usually have had good service but our last visit wasn't the best. Our appetizer never arrived and the waitress didn't even acknowledge that. We were pretty much ignored after ordering our food and drinks.

Truly sad. Good service starts upon entry. Unfortunately, that was the start of the end for us. The dining room manager must have been stressed. He asked where we were going. We said, the bar. He replied, the bar is full. Only, it wasn't. We looked through the glass. So, now we are going to our usual spot, Ruth's Chris. We were trying to stay closer to our truck since we are truck drivers. But, at least we know the service and food will be wonderful there, where you are ALWAYS greeted warmly upon entry. Lesson learned.

The convention center recommends "Uptown" and Todd English PUB for before or after the event. (Hamilton in this case.) It was Sunday at 5PM and we were in line for seating. No one in line except us had a reservation and our reservation was worthless--we needed to just wait our turn in the line and the line was not moving. We finally got to the front of the line because everyone in front of us left for other options or for no option. At 5:30 we were seated--we were the only ones seated and it was only because someone left their table. 50% of the tables were vacant but there were no servers and the hostess was doubling as a server. The staff was courteous and professional and the food, apparently the only option, a burger and fries, was good. We watched. The kitchen was mostly turning out just that so to go along and get along we ordered burgers and fries--not what we wanted. We also watched at least 75 people come and go without being seated or served. In business it is hard to get people to "beat a path to your door", it is difficult for us to see customers turned away at the door. The convention center's recommendation to come "Uptown" is a poor one--at least in this case.

I had the fish and chips, which was excellent. My Dad almost made the seven second beer challenge. It looks like a great place for a meal before concerts. We will definitely be coming back!

I made reservations for a table for 5, so that my party would be assured of a table, since we needed to be able to eat and then make it to the BJCC Concert Hall for opening night of Hamilton. We got there and were told by the host that while they could honor our reservation, we would need to wait at least 45 minutes before we could be seated, which would not work for us because we were on a time crunch, hence the need for a reservation. The manager approached in a pretty nonchalant way and told us that everyone had come in at once and there weren't any tables. He said he was sorry, but it did not seem like he cared whether we stayed or not. Upon our leaving, one of my party overheard him complaining about the reservation site overbooking. That is not my problem, since we used this site believing we would be able to sit within a reasonable time and still make it to our show. We ended up giving our business to another restaurant close by who met our needs with a little wait time and much more expediency once we were seated.

This was our first time at Todd English Pub. We had a 6:00 reservation before an 8:00 show at the BJCC. The host was rude and frazzled. The service was slow and the “kitchen was backed up” so we only had an appetizer and one drink before running out time to get to our show. The menu online varied from the menu in the restaurant - an English Pub was out of fish and chips. In observing the operation of the restaurant, there appeared to mismanagement which contributed to chaos and dysfunction. In short, I wouldn't return or recommend.

From the beginning the service was bad; however, it became apparent that they were very understaffed. Being in hospitality, I was understanding to a point. The food was disgusting...fish and chips were rubbery. The chicken strips were institutional frozen. Given that it's connected to a Westin convention hotel, it's clear they rely on a revolving door of conventioneers with no concern for repeat business.
