I really would love to give this top golf 4 stars but unfortunately due to the service being really horrible which made the atmosphere horrible. We were seated took our waitress a good bit to intinally serve us. I let it go figuring she may of had a lot of tables. Her attitude was not the greatest either we got the vibe she didn't want to be there. Maybe she had a bad night maybe she was tired. So then we got our food and drinks. Our first mixed drink was overwhelming with the berry flavor and took her 20 mins to check back on us so we order a captain and coke and refills. We got our drinks and all we could taste was the captain. I don't think they measured it right foe such a small glass. She never came back to check on us I had to flag her down to get some coke to mix the captain with, again this took forever and another waitress had to bring me my coke this was at 9ish. At 10:41pm she came and checked on us and we told her for now we were good. Few mins had where she should of came and check us, she made eye contact with us few times. Another table came in next to us and took her no time serve them or check on them. At 11:41 she finally back and checked on us.Unfortunately the only tip she received was a tip of advice for her next time of seving. We would of spent more because of her lack waitressing we saved our money and will not be returning to this one. We have been to several top golfs and this one was bad.

Mediocre at its best. Food was OK, service was seriously awful. Understaffed and undeserved... definitely overpriced.Expect Chuck E. Cheese level clientele and servers.Did not golf- only commenting on the "restaurant".

I had so much fun, the service was great once we made it to our bay. The only downside is some of the points didn't calculate because the nets were full.

This was my first time visiting on 4/14/24. We had 2 bays and 2 different servers Kristy and Erin. I never saw Erin come to our 2nd table to take anyone order. Kristy came to 1st table and took my order and a couple other people orders. I ordered a 2 Blueberry lemon drop martinis which wasn't much in glass for $12 one glass was full and the 2nd one look like leftover remaining from the overflo of the 1st glass. So one was full and the other was not even half of a glass. I had to keep asking Kristy for items tht should of been brought out to table without asking like napkins, straws, and cups of water if alcohol was ordered. Food was ok nor all tht wasn't hot at all. I didn't complain because Kristy disappeared so many times when we needed her we couldn't find her. Our time ran out on both bays and was asked to move to another bay to start a game over why I dnt know. We was told to be seated in the front lobby til bay got cleaned but after waiting 40min we was never moved to another bay nor was anyone seated in the 2 bays we had at first being told tht they assigned our bay to someone else was the cause of us being moved. Erin still nowhere to be found to take 2nd table orders. Kristy wasn't sure of what was going on so she wasn't any help at all. We sat at bar and the server over there was rude short black lady with twist coils in her head and wear glasses. We had to ask her to serve us. After sitting in front lobby and at the bar once again a staff member never came to get us to move to another bay or notify us on what was taking so long so we ended up leaving. My advice to Topgolf please hire friendly faces that love their job and have A1 customer service and not just there to earn a paycheck. Yall have to do better. Prices to high to serve half a$$ service.

Bartender never checks on the people at the bar. Slow service when the bar has at most 6 people at it, and there are multiple bartenders.

Overall one of my worst Top Golf experiences anywhere. Alpharetta and Huntsville locations are starkly better than Birmingham and almost worth the drive for a much better visit. They need help from corporate as the problem seems isolated to Birmingham.Went for a birthday party on a Monday. Place was very empty, which was great, but the pressure the staff applied to extend time was crazy. We were asked 4 times by 3 different people to extend our play time just shortly after we started. Ultimately I asked why we couldn't decide when time was near the end and they said no, so when time was up we had to move bays to one of the other 50 empty bays. It was ridiculous. The Bham staff is locally pretty well known for their rudeness. To add insult to injury, our food came out cold. Spent more than $400 and was not treated well at all. Despite the convenience I don't think I can stomach another visit.

As always great fun an atmosphere, but service has gone down. I was wondering if it was just me, but I see several reviews with my same experience. Unfocused, uninterested staff.

I enjoyed the venue, overall, and the initial staff was great. Darius took great care of us throughout our time there. He added to our good time! Many thanks, Darius!Unfortunately, the customer service in the food service area was subpar. Our server Makiyah was great, handing two tables at once with politeness and gratitude. However, there was to be a shift in servers, and we were informed that Abby would be our server, as Makiyah was due to be off. No problem on our end, as communication is key.Abby was, in short, horrible. She begrudgingly approached our table with negative energy and an attitude. She was, overall, very rude and unprofessional, attempting to make her problems ours. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. She started talking to us without even introducing herself, stating that she was confused and just trying to figure everything out. I asked her if she was our new server in an attempt to redirect her on how she should engage our table. She replied that she would be our server, but for "now" she was just trying to figure everything out with the order. She left without returning to our table directly, but she did circle and wait on the table next to us. Not once did she follow up or try to address our food order issues. We had to wait a while for our food to come. When the food did come, it was either cold (tater tots) or we did not receive the condiments/dipping sauces that were to have come with the order. We returned the cold tater tots, only to be brought cold tater tots again. We had to repeatedly ask for the dipping sauce as well.We asked another server, who happened to pass by and was very friendly and accommodating, for a manager, and she delivered. Ms. Felisha ("FiFi") made things right for us, and she was very nice about handling our issue. Our original server, Makiyah, returned and closed us out. One member of our party asked Abby as she passed, for her name. While Abby informer her of her name, Abby turned to walk away, then came back to the table to ask why we wanted her name and if we were mad at her or something because she was still confused.Overall, the food service/customer service left a bit to be desired, but we resolved that maybe it was a bad day. I will say, though, that the wings were cooked to perfection. The tater tots were too cold to eat and they were missing the Chipotle Aioli dipping sauce.Would I return to Top Golf? Perhaps. . . I just would not want to be seated in Abby's station...

First time patron, if given the opportunity I will visit again. A group of us went before a concert and played an hour and a half. Had a few beers and enjoyed the concept a lot. Went to the main floor for food, and was pleasantly surprised. The only issue i had was the didn't have Busch Light.

To start The food took forever to get. When it did come it was barely warm and HAD A HAIR IN IT.We then got a vodka sprite which was flat like water and took 32 minutes to remake. We also asked for ranch when receiving the (wings which was 30 minutes into our 2 hour play). We did not bring the ranch till our time was UP.Do not recommend, the customer service was by far the worst I’ve had at a top golf.

We are regular attendees on a platinum account, and our visit today started out a little rocky on the reservation, but the platinum manager Jack and our staff took great care of us and made up for the issues. Highly recommend this place, great for the family, coworkers or just a day out to destress.

Topgolf Birmingham is my new go-to for realtor R&R! Being a Realtor® can get hectic, but this place is the perfect escape. Forget stuffy bars – climate-controlled bays mean I can whack some balls year-round, rain or shine. Plus, comfy seating, delicious food, and drinks make it ideal for catching up with clients (or celebrating a closed deal!) after a marathon day of showings. Doesn't matter if you're a golf whiz or a total newbie, it's all about having fun and a little friendly competition. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs to unwind and hit something besides the refresh button!
