I remember when this location was Guthrie’s… honestly wish they were still there because I got the snack box for my mom and chile.. those lil chicken tenders/fingers was LITERAL fingers (like the size of them!). Paid for a extra finger and wish I didn’t because they were so small and feeble. Plus I paid for a slaw that I didn’t get and realized after I walked back to the hospital. Smh, not again because I learned my lesson the first and only time!

I went here today with coworkers and was treated so rudely. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before. The person taking my order got it wrong to begin with. I did not order a drink but was charged with one. I didn’t complain and just took the cup and fixed my drink. I did however order extra sauce which she apparently did not key in, unbeknownst to me. When I asked for my extra sauce which I thought I paid for, one of the employees began arguing with me telling me I did not order it. Then he said “all these hospital employees coming in here with attitudes.” And after that he asked me “what is wrong with you?” I guess customer service truly is dead. I had already waited a long time for my food which was sitting in the window for several minutes and then was treated like I had a problem. I will not be back and neither will the coworkers who were with me and witnessed what happened.

The food is delicious. Rob has done a fabulous job spicing up the menu while leaving the traditional items. The fried okra is delicious! Such friendly staff! Worth a trip for sure!

Our office staff had your fried chicken dinner today. We've been very impressed with the chicken fingers, so, for my birthday tomorrow, they asked me where I wanted to have lunch from. Obviously, I said Traditions Chicken.The man that picked it up saw that you had fried okra, so he brought an order of that back, and we divided it (there are only three of us). The okra is really the best I have ever had. He said that the restaurant is very clean and the service is definitely 5 stars.We will certainly be back!

Their chicken fingers are great! Nice crunchy breading, with tender and moist meat. The TC and honey mustard sauces were perfect. Yum! I enjoyed the coleslaw as well. Would come back again in a heartbeat.
