The food overall was okay. The portion size you receive is pretty small compared to the price of the meal. If you’re looking for Asian food in the Birmingham area, I would consider other options first.

The food is great! But if I have to honest the portions are small compared to equally comparable restaurants. Especially the sashimi!

Food and service was good. Only not giving 5 star due to one of our party members never receiving their coke.

Great Asian fusion restaurant in one of the best restaurant and nightlife districts in the city! The patio in partocular is cozy and well outfitted. Went for lunch on a beautiful Saturday and the patio was nearly full, but not many people inside. Food waa ready quickly.

Ordered a white peach sangria, crispy chicken, roti canai, tempura brussels sprouts, and three tacos: spicy flank steak, pork belly, and ribeye bulgogi. The sangria was excellent: bright, fruity, and summery. The chicken was solid, and the mango dipping sauce was unique (in a good way)! The roti was a little greasy from the frying, but the dipping sauce made up for it--a smooth, coconut milk-based curry. The brussels sprouts were freshly fried and crispy, and the citrus mayo was perfect as a dip (though in the future I'd also dip them in some soy) The tacos were all very good, especially the spicy flank steak, with bold, unmistakable flavors. The only downside was that portions were all a bit small, and while we enjoyed everything, we needed to be really wowed by everything to justify the price for the quantity we got.

Happy hour. Very small portions, very large prices, very meh flavor. I literally live across the street and won't go back. Once was enough.

My husband and I went here for sushi at a late lunch time. We sat at the bar where the bartender treated us as an inconvenience. My husband ordered a Stella and received a mango cart instead. I ordered a tall ameretto and coke and received what amounted to straight liqueur and water. I asked for an additional glass filled half with coke so I could mix the two. I received a full glass of coke with no space. The bartender was extremely occupied with her phone. My husband and I ordered two rolls of sushi each, all of which were extremely small rolls with very little filling. I ordered the surf and turf roll which came out with overcooked steak. Overall, we spent over $100 for 4 very sad small rolls, disappointing drinks, and ignored by the bartender who was more interested in her phone.
