Uncle Sams Bbq

I always make a point to visit Uncle Sam’s restaurant when I come home. Yesterday , called in an order upon arrival and added to it , but the service was slow, the waitress had an awful attitude , and the customer service and not meet the standards I was accustomed to. Additionally the cashier was distracted by the game, and the food didn’t meet my expectation's based on prior experiences, leaving me really disappointed with the overall service and food.

I,m on a diet but smelt uncle sam this morning at 7.30am smoking that meat, I have lunch and dinner for later.

Pretty good BBQ. Wish they had more dessert options.

Best bar-b-que and pies around. Only complaint is I wish they hadn't went to styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. We no longer eat inside because of that. We always take it home.

The customer service was trash I have visited twice on a holiday only to be rudely told they were out of ribs chicken and baked beans. If you have been in business for years you should prepare better and work on your delivery. The other timer I visited the food was ok but definitely not worth the nasty attitudes. Customer service training is definitely needed 1/10

I used to love this place and their food but now it's different, the potato salad is nothing but mayonnaise it seems like the meat is grissely and the last time I had it was not even warm and they left my fries off and gave me slaw which i don't eat, so that was wasted.....I specifically asked for fries. I called and tho they did offer a credit for an order of fries, I'm gone so I will not be able to redeem the free order until I go back to the area, slight inconvenience.
