Waited in line in thevdrive thru I got to the window at 7:02 pm and the youg guy said they were closed. I asked what time they closed he said 7:00 pm. I explained that I had been in the line. He had a nasty attitude and said I wasn't in line. I left will not be back. They now only have the drive thru open on Sunday I was told. If the service doesn't get better the doors will close for good.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is horrible the food was cold with little to no sauce on my sandwich that I requested to have on the sandwich. I went back to request more sauce and the āMANAGERā was very rude and condescending. I will never give them my business again!!!!!

Iāve only eaten here once a few years ago and it was so terrible that I donāt waste my time going back when Bob Sykes is literally less than 10 minutes down the road. I am making this review for my elderly, disabled mother who went through the drive thru today with my step dad. They had never been there before and she has to use the drive thru due to her physical limitations and she said the worker seemed a little frustrated that she was asking questions but was still somewhat helpful, they wanted a combo and asked the lady what can I get the jumbo in a combo to which the lady replied that she can get whatever she wants. Anyways they end up ordering a jumbo sandwich two sides and a sweet tea but when they got to the window she was never handed the tea and when she asked where it was they said she didnāt order one and they donāt do add ons at the window with cars behind them. My mother said but Iām not adding on, we discussed a combo because I wanted a drink as well and the worker insisted her nor the trainer heard her order a tea, shut the window in her face to talk to someone else only to reopen the window and tell her again that they donāt do add on orders and she would have to get back in line to order a drink for the meal she already paid for and received. My mother said well you just lost a customer which is a lot better than I wouldāve handled it. You canāt have terrible food and terrible service, pick a freaking struggle.

I would prefer to have my chicken wings served WITHOUT the feathers. It is just awful, at least five (5) feathers in just one wing. Used drive through so no table wait.
The employees are great. Who ever makes potato salad is from another country. That is mayonnaise with something in it. It is terrible. The barbeque is tough. At least was for me. The sauce is nothing special. I rarely come here and this just reminded me why.
