Was really unsatisfied over the bbq sandwich the other night. For the life of me I couldn't understand the boy taking my order in the drive- thru. Very irritating! Usually the food is really good, but not 🚫 this time.

The food is reheated from the day or days before, it is nasty taste like a dead animal on the side of the road smells! I called asking why they served reheated food and they hung up. Don’t waste your money.

Are you all grilling, smoking, or boiling your ribs? Today, the ribs tasted boiled. The ribs were absolutely undesirable. If you all are going to continue to prepare the ribs as today, I will never eat there again. It was a wasted of money. Where is the cook you all had five years ago. The food were outstanding, then.

People of all colors do not give this business your money Sam the owner do not want your business I can promise you. Nacho chips were steale, I call to let management know. The owner hung up the phone in my face. I went back to the store and returned the food. I spoke with the owner Sam face to face for a refund. He cares nothing about the customers nor customer service do not give your money where your business is not appreciated. Policy is stupid I live 30 minutes away. You want the customer to hold food in their refrigerator just to bring back to prove a point or re-serve to other customers at this point the food had been in my house. Food shouldn't be carried back and forward from a customers house back to a public restaurant. No business has request returned food from the public since Covid. Chic -Fil-A would never treat their customers in this way. Take your money were you are value as a customer.

I have been going through the drive thru and also picking up on the inside for a long time. I love the BBQ sandwiches. But I placed a rather large order to be picked up inside and when I got home there were no buns. I called and was told I had to purchase them separately. You would think that when you purchased 2Lb of pork that buns would come with it. I know I have purchased pork and chicken and there were always bun included.

Food is terrible I will never eat there again ribs are tough potatoes are terrible. Barbecue sauce is nasty GO to full moon or jimmy Nick's you will taste the difference!
