While at a conference near by, my friend went in to Uptown Cantina for lunch. She was seated and after more than 10 minutes had not been approached by anyone again. She politely asked a server and that server stated the server for her table had been sent home. My friend asked to speak to a manager. The manager came over. Bryan was the Managers name.
