ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL! Last night we had a girls night out at Uptown Jazz Lounge. From the time we walk through the doors the experience was top shelf... from the atmosphere, the service, the drinks, the DJ, and the band was exceptional. This venue and the band (YAC Blues) come highly recommended.

One of VERY few places in Birmingham that offers great live entertainment, good drinks, a mature environment and the safety of Uptown. This is a great place to hang out before or after events at the BJCC or the new stadium (three minute walk). Average age is about 40 which is perfect, nothing but good vibes in this place, highly recommend.

I did have food they drinks we okay. The band was worth being there for but $25 per person... maybe not. Not on that night.
Came in for a reunion week get together. Nice atmosphere, great music. High end drinks were a little overpriced, but since there wasn't a cover charge, so I'll call it a wash.
