I am not one to do 1-star reviews, but we had a company Christmas party that we paid for days in advance for 36 employees and got a call 20 minutes before our pickup time saying they didn't have enough food. This is not a good look and has put us in a bind.

We visited from Texas and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and food at Urban Cookhouse. I’d be curious to try other sandwiches, but would definitely pair it with more broccoli salad.
Parking: I walked up to the restaurant, but I did notice plenty of street parking available.

This was our 2nd visit…we pass through B-ham 4-5x every year and now we are going to make this our regular stop (along with coffee from Prevail Union just down the street)Great, local fresh food, unique menu, solid portions and considering all that…very reasonable prices for a downtown lunch stop.

This restaurant is so good. Get the Urban Cowboy and the hot Cheddar pasta. Yum! Quick service too. Faster than most fast food restaurants these days.

First time for this location. The staff were friendly and answered questions I had about the menu. I chose the Buffalo chicken wrap with the side salad. The wrap was good and flavorful. The side salad could have been a meal in itself. Overall a good choice for lunch. I recommend it to anyone.

I used a delivery app to order. I chose the Balt with red pepper soup and their orange rolls!Everything was absolutely perfect and full of flavor! These are three must-try foods, tasty and savory!
