For the 2nd time...canceled our delivery order after waiting over 2 hours. Person who answered the phone was a rude, argumentative teenager who just told me we would get it sooner...or later. This exact thing happened the last time we ordered from them. If you can't deliver in a reasonable time don't offer...just bad business. Maybe if you actually go there you'd get better service but I wouldn't attempt it after the miserable online/delivery they have.

This past Saturday me and my friends had the pleasure of trying Vocelli Pizza in Greystone! Originally we had no plans to come here. We called one pizza place to make reservations and there website wouldn't allow us and they wouldn't answer the phone. We even left messages and they never called back. We went to that place in person to be told a 2 hour wait so we passed. Called 2 more places and both were 2 hour waits. Last on the list was Vocelli. Guy on the phone goes nobody is in here so you guys can come right in. I said cool 9 people are on the way.We get there place is empty. For some that's a red flag for others we may have just found a hidden gem. My one issue we all noticed was these guys were very aware we were on our way and every table was dirty and had not been wiped down and we had to wipe them down ourselves. Anyways we get ready to order and I asked the guy about this place and he tells me that they are mostly carry out and not really a dine in place, with me thinking that well this place should be spotless but hey we here.It's 9 of us and only 3 of them in the kitchen working so we were all very patient waiting on our food we all just bombarded them with. Our orders consisted of wings, cheese bread, multiple types of pizza, and cinnamon rolls.The pizza was phenomenal like for delivery pizza this was up there and could hang with the best of them. Dough was fresh and ingredients in general tasted fresh. This was really really good and when I talked to everybody there with me we could all agree this pizza gets a solid 8.2/10!Wings tasted like Domino's wings not bad but not great either. They were okay. 5/10Cheese bread was really good really cheesy and seemed to have garlic butter on it. Would get again! 7.9/10The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Fresh baked and covered in their delicious icing! Super soft and super good. 9/10All in all this place was very good and if I am ever in this area again I will be getting pizza from them again guaranteed. Cleanliness: 6/10 Customer Service: 8.5/10 Food: 9/10I found it weird on a Saturday this place wasn't busy and it should be. I hope these guys find their audience because yall should definitely check them out!

Idk how many stores they have, but if they're able to keep all of them sending out such hot, fresh out of the ovens pizzas and yummy desserts like the cinnamon sticks with icing, then they'll have mastered something the bigger chains inconsistently hit, but overwhelmingly miss, at. My very first day eating here was Thursday, let me tell you it’s Saturday and I am back my first visit was so welcoming I did a pick up order and as I approached the door I was greeted with such kindness above and beyond service.. And the worth ethics in this place is insane because even being crowded the quality of food is superb !!! Every bite was satisfying.. I will not eat pizza any where else again. This is the place to be .. I absolutely love this place sorry about the pics but the food was hot and I had to get to it

I ordered a pizza for the first time. Said it would be 45 minutes to one hour and will deliver it. GREAT . .After waiting one hour and 30 minutes, I called and they claimed he remembered my order but it must have lost in their “system”, as they cannot find my order.. Said that he was working by himself and offered to place the order for half price., Not THANKS, I will order Domino’s as they will deliver. It ain’t always about PRICE . . . .
