Restaurant in an area full of fast food places. Great to be able to sit down and have a hot fresh cooked breakfast anytime of day. Hashbrowns were crispy; scrambled eggs were creamy, and everything was good. I was there after a rush-hour, and the waitresses were joking around and laughing, and having a good time while still giving excellence service.

Not open 24 hours. Me and my wife were in town for a concert at the BJCC. After the show, we WALKED to this waffle house to eat because no Ubers were avalibe. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to learn that they were not open. Please fix you Google Business Profile!! We walked 1.94 miles for nothing... We eat waffle house every other weekend back home and generally enjoy it

Openly hostile and abusive customer treatment. It was 32 degrees outside and I stepped into an empty restaurant while waiting for my rideshare. I was not greeted at all. Within seconds of entering, before I could even look at the menu, the employee demanded I either order or get out. No courtesy, no professionalism, and no basic human decency. This was unnecessary, aggressive, and completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer. I will not return and do not recommend this location.

Walked in and sat down, waited for almost 10 minutes just to order drinks and then 20 minutes later when we still hadn't ordered because employees were busy socializing instead of doing thier jobs we got up and left won't return. And the waitress had the nerve to say she put our ticket on our table when we hadn't even ordered yet.

Rude servers. You can tell the old lady is literally miserable in her life. If you’re Gina talk about customers , say it to their face. Also food was okay, but don’t tip any of those sorry excuses of servers

Stopped by Waffle House and, well… it was Waffle House. My eggs came fully cooked with no runny yolk like, what’s the point of eggs if they can’t even get that right? My sweet tea wasn’t refilled until the very end of my meal, which was disappointing. The bathroom? Gross. And outside, there was some random person trying to steal cigarettes so, y’know, classic Waffle House vibes.
If you’re looking for a “fun” experience with questionable hygiene, missing drink refills, and overcooked eggs, this place has you covered.

A+++ rating, service, food!!! This Waffle House highly exceeded our expectations! We found the restaurant clean, with smiling, respectful staff, fast service and delicious food! We cannot say enough about our server Caden. He is so polite and thoughtful, stayed on top of our every need and want! He even took the time to rinse and dry each piece of silverware before bringing it to his customers. We were so impressed with this young man. Thank you Caden for setting such a good example and going above and beyond to serve others. We know you will succeed in whatever you put your hand to. Such a pleasure to meet you! We also apologize for not getting the managers name but he was cooking that day yet took the time to check on his customers, quietly guide his employees, instructing them with a patient and kind manner. The entire dining experience was a blessing and enjoyable one that will bring us back to this restaurant whenever we are in Birmingham. While at UAB Hospital, we were so blessed to find this spot for nourishment and to fill our time waiting for our new Granddaughter to arrive! Crispy bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs, raisin toast with apple butter, grits, tomatoes, waffles, hash browns, absolutely delighted our taste buds! So yummy! Thank you Waffle House and especially Caden!
