Zach the cook, Gabe the server. Best well done hashbrowns I’ve ever had at a Waffle House and I’ve eaten at a couple hundred of these places. Gabe the server modest well spoken quick refills. Give these dudes a raise! Seriously.

When there is a big sign saying closes at 9 google says 24 hours and you arrive at 8:05 and the restaurant is closed it is very disappointing and it leaves me to ponder on management at this location may want to consider hiring staff who want to make a good check

Update the damn hours y’all. I’ve come to this Waffle House multiple times and it says that it’s open 24/7 (like literally every other Waffle House in the state) and it’s not. It closes at 9 which is ridiculous because it’s downtown. Every single other Waffle House I’ve been to is 24/7. So annoying.

First, the staff was very friendly and our waiter had a genuine smile and was very hospitable
Second, the food was served quickly and was warm.
The portion size of the eggs was very small and they omitted an ingredient on our hash brown order
It seemed cleaner than many Waffle Houses
There was some street parking on Sunday morning and there is public transportation right across the street
There was a homeless man laying outside asking for money

First let’s start off on how a worker walked outside and came back in with the same gloves that he touched the door with. I had to ask a worker to ask him to change his gloves. Secondly the lady who took my order was unprofessional. Not neither time did she try to call out our order. I stated I don’t want any bread on my plate and she insisted on taking the bread off with the same gloves that she’s been handling everyone with.

Attempted to dine in today. Manger on duty stated carry out only. The Cook & Server very very polite. Entire empty restaurant. We were from Washington DC. Do not recommend. Poor management.
