The staff was friendly and the service was great. The food is what I expect to get from Waffle House...good and made when I ordered it, not sitting around all day. My eggs were perfect. Everything we ordered was cooked correctly and served hot. My daughter raved about the grits...said they were perfectly cooked (not mushy or hard).
Every time i go get a all star nd they burn my waffle 3 times all ready yu can taste the burnt part all over the waffle

We get there, go in, and sit down and are ready to order when this young man comes over and says, "you have to order to go." He spoke so fast we both didn't understand him and asked him to repeat what he said. "You have to get a to-go order now!" He was really smart with us and he was young. We go outside and we are both upset, we took an Uber here and they let us come in, sit down, and look at a menu. We get to the window to order and he hands us one menu, clearly there is two of us. We ask for another and my friend is upset and cursing, but not at the young man or me. The man tells my friend, "don't do that." He says it a few times until my friend apologized for getting irate. He actually wasn't hurting anybody, maybe offending the young man in his rant. Instead of telling my friend what he needed to not do, he should have told him that he had offended him. So we left and went to Applebee's.

This waffle house is the worse of the worse they got my food wrong and then try to lie about doing it wrong I have been eating here for years and I don't recommend this location at all drive right by it

When I get a late-night craving I like to stop @ this spot for some hashbrowns. The restaurant doors are closed during those hours. You have to park & walk up to a window to order & hang out in the parking until your order is ready which is usually pretty quick. Tonight I was greeted by "Key", it was her 1st night working. Her smile was contagious & small talk was engaging. The hashbrowns never let me down. Anyway, waffle house, right? Get cha some ?
The new manager and her crew are absolutely amazing my food has came out perfectly hot, it's came out right, they have smiled laughed and joked and just been absolutely pleasant. Not one of them have had the typical center point attitude that you see at all these other restaurants and fast food places where you can tell these women don't want to be there and and the dudes shouldn't be there no. What this manager has done and what she is doing now will keep me a customer forever thank you for treating me so well on these past two occasions that I've came thank you and if anybody from waffle House reads this like the higher ups, if you get rid of that manager you are absolutely horrible at your job. If you don't do everything in your power to keep somebody like that on you don't deserve to work in the fast food industry

The atmosphere is mostly busy. Depending on which shift you come in on you'll get anything from good customer service to Hello welcome to Waffle House without anyone looking at you. The food is delicious so that definitely a keep coming backer.
