Worst Waffle House experience EVER! We visited on 11/15/2025. We were traveling from Atlanta, GA to Montevallo, AL for a Quinceañera. We needed to stop for breakfast. We immediately knew we weren't welcomed when we walked in. No hello. No guidance as to where we can sit. Completely ignored. We decided to stay however because we really needed some breakfast. Our waitress' attitude & demeanor was awful the whole time. My mom & I were splitting a waffle so I asked her for an additional plate. She proceeded to give me a dirty plate. I asked for a coffee refill and she only filled the cup halfway. Once it came time to pay I stand near the register waiting for someone to charge me because our waitress was attending another table. Every worker is looking at me but saying nothing. No one is stepping up to help. I stand there for a couple minutes just waiting. Our waitress finally finishes up with her table & comes to check me out. Was it just awful customer service or was it racism? Either way, NOBODY deserves to be treated that way!!!! Do better, please.

This place just dethroned my number one Waffle House—and that’s saying something, because I’m loyal to my hashbrowns and my cooks. The food was so good I considered proposing to the cook. The service? Outstanding. Nobody threw a chair, nobody wrestled in the parking lot, and I didn’t hear a single “hold my cigarette.” On top of that, it was CLEAN. Like… suspiciously clean for a Waffle House. Everyone was funny, kind, and actually engaged, which is wild because usually I expect at least one dramatic family reunion happening in the booth behind me. I will DEFINITELY be back—probably with a ring for those waffles and the cook.

everyone was very friendly and professional and the service was fast. Also there was a Muslim family there and as we all know they don't eat pork so to cook clean the grill off before cooking

Saturday August 9th I went and there was 2 severs who fought to take care of me because they didn’t want a table,it was just 2 of us.I waited 20 minutes after my order had been taken for someone to come tell us our sever wasn’t coming back I do not recommend this location at all.
Well we stopped in for some Waffle House all star but we saw the freezer door open with bacon opened and out of packages being thawed out and the freezer leaking drops on bacon. So we didn’t want to risk it. Unreal..

Food was good just wasn’t accurate the waitress was very impatient and pushy vibes were off really badly felt unwelcomed feel as if I may have been overpriced compared to other locations it’s 2am at this cost I will most likely not return during graveyard shift…

It's standard waffle house. The server was nice but didn't have her pad so she tried to just remember our (3 people) order. She didn't get it right but she was nice.

My 7 yr old has never been to Waffle House and today I took her to the best one I've ever been to. I told our server it was her first time the lady made it a wonderful waffle house experience. Everyone in there was sweet and spoke to her, they must've been training a new guy cause they were perfecting grill cleaning. It was the cleanest and nicest best run Waffle House. I was very grateful I randomly choose that one cause it was literally the best. Thanks y'all!
