So I’m a local guide, but I also do deliveries for Uber eats and DoorDash. Today I had the pleasure of stopping here!! I was greeted by an eager young lady who was so happy for me to be there and wanted me to try the food as well! I ordered up some quick 420 nachos and oh my goodness! They were fire fire fire! She was amazing, sweet and helpful as well as the young man that was working diligently in the background! They were so polite and humble! This is not something you see very often in the city! They were just the best! Great food and great staff! What else is there?!

I'm super impressed with how my experience was. The cashier was super friendly, the food was amazing and is a hidden gem here in Birmingham! They also offer gluten free and vegetarian options!! I would go back in a heartbeat.

Vegetarian options: They mostly have vegetarian sides. With entrees, it might be more difficult

Wanted to try the food truck at Helena Hollow. Waited in front of a closed window waiting to order. The guy opened the window and told me to move out of the way. No excuse me, sorry for the wait(no one in line), nothing. Blew me off after watching me wait and not even acknowledging me. Me and a few others walked off to a different truck after that. I wont even waste my time going back or even to the physical location if thats how the service is setup to operate. Lost me as a customer before i even had the chance to become one.

I love Wasabi Juans! If you like sushi, nachos, or Taco's give it a try! My favorites are The Ignition, The Alaskan Sunrise, and the 4:20 Nachos!

Great food. I had the Rickroll as a recommendation and it was delicious. Good portion size. Good location.

The vibe was great! Nathan and his coworker were super friendly and just emanated positivity. This is a really special place.

They are so stinking nice. And the food is super yummy. I don’t like tomatoes and the salsa is very tomatoey. Beggars can’t be choosers ?‍♀️

It's a strange sounding combination but this place is worth a try. I had the Ceviche taco and South Beach burrito. The taco is a classic cooked corn tortilla with shrimp and veggies; tasty. The "burrito" is cooked rice with meat/veggie filled center in a rice paper wrap. It was delicious and paired really great with the house salsa and chips that come as a side. The staff were really friendly and had great recommendations. If the portion sizes aren't enough they have "Godzilla" sizes.

This week the batch of jalapenos they have in adds a little more spark to the "Ignition" (Tuna Sushi burrito), blast off.

I've only ordered food once from here we got it delivered to our office. I believed I had ordered the Lord Have Mercy. It was pretty good and I would definiely come again but it wasn't mind blowing and I thought the side of chips and salsa was kinda lame. Next time I'd get no side or choose a different one. Expect the same pricing as normal sushi. I do really appreciate their website though! Straight to the point.
