Every time I’ve been there, the food has been good and the service great. I also like that they have a bigger variety of different things to pick from, and their drinks come in bigger cups!
Decided to give it another try tonight. I ordered and everything seemed to be going fine but when I got to the window to pay, it was a dollar more than the screen had said. Fine. Not worth slowing the process down more. As they almost always do, they asked me to pull up and wait after paying. Again, fine bc I wanted my tenders cooked fully this time. The AI drive through is very inefficient. They could have taken 3 orders in the time I was waiting on replies and repeating myself. Won't be using the drive through again. Food was fine and the window worker was doing her job just fine too.
