The drive thru cashier was knowledgeable of current promos and offered me a frosty pass for the year! My food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not to mention they lately out the “fast” in “fast food”…. Outstanding!

Very confused by the positive reviews of this location. Tonight is the last night I ever try to come here again. they close way before advertised and I pulled up to secure my online order to see it is COMPLETELY CLOSED UP. The time before that I tried to go to the drive thru and the employees were all sitting on the tables in the lobby just staring at me until I drove away…. management clearly needs to be fired… Attached is my order confirmation with the time I pulled up to pick-up and advertised location hours.

First of all, I have never been to a well organized establishment fast food restaurant until I came to Wendy's at 23rd Street South. Birmingham Alabama The manager has that place well in order. It's clean, the workers are professional well behave. The are not loud, they are not misbehaving or loud to be seen. The only voice you hear is the manager, making sure things are ran right. I love this Wendy's and I will make this my number one go to spot. Hats off to the manger I don't know his name but he was there on 11/20//24 @1:47.pm.you guys need him to do your training for all new employees. Thank you so much
This location on the weekend needs a new manager and crew. You’ve got crew members more worried about staying high then making sure the store in clean, orders are correct, drink machine stocked with boxed syrup, and staff without attitudes when they can’t take the orders or read their screens. The manager doesn’t know how to handle staff nor the fundamentals of business needs.
