What is this? Just spent money at the location on 7th Avenue South and 24th Street in Birmingham, AL on this horrible potato. I have taken a pic and sent to corporate. I don’t understand. If you wouldn’t eat it, what makes you think the customer want to eat it?!

This place is FILTHY.. absolutely disgusting environment. Visible dirt and filth everywhere.the mens restroom had excriment everywhere and replaced the toilet paper with paper towels. my family didn't even receive all of our food and ended up leaving and not finishing because the food tasted awefull, they gave us old cold fries with our meals . $50 waste of time and money . I hope the health department comes in. Last time I visit a wendys. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed.

Went inside to eat found place was dirty, both soda machines did not work, service ok, bathrooms disgusting, no napkins and food was just ok. Will not come back to this wendys.
The restaurant provides minimal customer service. Hardly any interaction. The food was very old and cold.

The drive thru cashier was knowledgeable of current promos and offered me a frosty pass for the year! My food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not to mention they lately out the “fast” in “fast food”…. Outstanding!

Very confused by the positive reviews of this location. Tonight is the last night I ever try to come here again. they close way before advertised and I pulled up to secure my online order to see it is COMPLETELY CLOSED UP. The time before that I tried to go to the drive thru and the employees were all sitting on the tables in the lobby just staring at me until I drove away…. management clearly needs to be fired… Attached is my order confirmation with the time I pulled up to pick-up and advertised location hours.
