They have have ants crawling on counter and don't expect a greeting or even a reply to your hello how are you when you walk up to the register just a blank stare and what do you want

I have been to this location more times than I can count, always hoping it was just an off day or that things would be different. But every single time, it’s the exact same experience. No one ever answers the drive-through intercom, even though you can clearly see employees inside. Cars end up just sitting there with no response, and the line wraps all the way around the building. I have never once actually gotten food from here because either no one answers at all, or the line takes so long, usually over 30 minutes, without moving. It’s incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. At this point, it’s honestly unbelievable how consistently bad the service is.

Nuggets were dry and over cooked, hamburger was cold. Only things barely acceptable was the fries were hot and the drink was cold. Otherwise staff was rude after I asked for something that was on the marquee but apparently wasn't an item I could order. My fault for stopping here hurriedly after an appointment, should have just waited until I got home. Definitely won't be back

Food is usually cold so you go back thru the drive thru but you have to sit because the line is usually around the building. Going inside is not better - same lines and it smells like old mop water by the drink stand. Mornings are totally different...hot food, no lines or if there is one it's moving quickly.

Men’s bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no soap. My mom had to get the cashier to get paper towels from the back since the women’s bathroom was closed. DO NOT go here if you need to take a dump.

I didn't order, because the young lady taking my order, was more concerned about her time with me at the menu. I told her I needed a minute, because I had my family with me, and if you've ever dealt with young children, at a fast food restaurant menu; then you know it takes a minute. So this location blew it for me.
