Tried ordering in the Wendy’s app to save time, but restaurant doesn’t use the app. Then, was going to go in and place an order (for 5 meals) but doors are locked… so got in the super long drive theu line. Waited 10 minutes to place an order, and 10 more minutes for the food. Fries undercooked. Very disappointing experience.
Edit: second shift employee was a delight. We love him. Thanks!...Came through the drive through at 3 pm, and they wouldn't take our order because the second shift hadn't started yet... that's ridiculous. Fast food is fast food foe a reason. Amazing how people don't want to work anymore... just annoying.

I know it's hard these days to find people to work but I would rather close the doors than have people that are rude and none appreciative of your hard-earned dollar I could not get the lady that was working the drive-thru to even say hello set 95° temp waiting on her just to hand me my drink that was sitting right in front of the glass for 10 minutes but my chicken sandwich was hot the only other thing is I ordered a regular and they gave me a spicy needless to say my drink...read full review
