The line always moves incredibly slowly, like way slower than anywhere else. The inside looks like 1995 and unclean, keep moving somewhere else.

The employees at this location give absolutely zero $hits about customers. You’re going to wait in line forever, you may get your order right, and if you don’t the employees will argue HARD even with a receipt showing you ordered something else.It seems the lunch manager understands customer service, but his employees will argue with him over anything and he has to force them to provide a correct order, etc.This location needs some major overhauling of management and needs to hire better employees.

I know it's hard these days to find people to work but I would rather close the doors than have people that are rude and none appreciative of your hard-earned dollar I could not get the lady that was working the drive-thru to even say hello set 95° temp waiting on her just to hand me my drink that was sitting right in front of the glass for 10 minutes but my chicken sandwich was hot the only other thing is I ordered a regular and they gave me a spicy needless to say my drink didn't last long

Doors locked during posted open hours, no sign or anything. No answer at drive through, workers clearly visible and clearly ignoring customers.

Unfortunately this is probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Me and my fellow co workers eat here when we need a quick bite and although speed of service normally isn’t bad…the attitudes and atmosphere is! Never have I ever came across so many employees that are just rude and unfriendly. Each time we order through the drive thru the cashier sounds like she hates her life and then we are barely spoken to when paying for or receiving our order. Not recommended

Tried ordering in the Wendy’s app to save time, but restaurant doesn’t use the app. Then, was going to go in and place an order (for 5 meals) but doors are locked… so got in the super long drive theu line. Waited 10 minutes to place an order, and 10 more minutes for the food. Fries undercooked. Very disappointing experience.

Literally every time I come here the doors are locked around 6pm. Incompetence. I can't take a work truck through the drive through. If it dine ins closed. Maybe a mf sign??
