I came to Wendy's at 8 o'clock today I waited in the line for 18 minutes yall got my order wrong! Over charged me for it ! I really expect just a little bit more since its early in the morning! Now I'm late for work. Don't have my French toast and I was overcharge! Very annoyed 😒

The customer service here at this Wendy's is terrible. I ordered in the drive through a breakfast combo it wasn't hot and the coffee was cold,🤮🤮 I drove about a block away turned around to return the coffee the lady had a attitude like I did something wrong ! This why i hate going to these 🤬🤬🤬 fast food restaurants

From the time we arrived, til we received our food, we waited 30 minutes. Had to ask for our cookies, fries were cold and the chicken sandwich had been under the warmer a while.

Tried to go here and was told “only accepting DoorDash and uber eats orders”

When I asked to clarify if she was saying the DT was closed, she said the same thing and said they were short staffed.

Don’t go to this location unless you’re a DoorDash or Uber eats.

Hit or miss, typically a miss. I usually spend my loose change here so I don’t feel cheated for spending my hard earned money. Do us all a favor and turn it back into a Milo’s. Minus the current Wendy’s staff, of course.

I just left this Wendy's on Valley Avenue, and I went in because the drive thru was pretty long. Get inside, the line is long; I'm the 5th person in line. After still standing in 5th place for about 10-15minutes. The first person(lady) in line politely and calmly inquired about how much longer it would be, and that she had been there for 20 minutes so far. The response from the cashier was less than professional and less than respectful. The first lady in line then calmly requested a refund. The cashier told the manager, and the manager said no.

The first lady in line kept her composure and a couple other ladies spoke up for her.

It got wild. I thought the manager was going to jump on the second lady in line. It was that bad.

The manager and the cashier were going off
SHOUTING/YELLING at the customers particularly the first 2 ladies in line . The manager was cussing.
The manager left and came right back and said she called the OWNER and said the owner told her she could give a refund.

(Why was it an issue to get a refund when you haven't recieved food after 30minutes of waiting? I Dont Know)

The manager kept talking loudly, angrily and disrespectfully. She was focused on the 1st lady in line, yelling at her.

30 minutes in, still no one in line or waiting has food.

While at the register, about to start the refund, the manager said, " They need to take their lazy axx home and cook." And that's when I stepped out of line and went and got in my truck and left.

DO NOT PATRONIZE HERE. They did all that in front of and to customers. There also was 2 elderly ladies present sitting down and I can only imagine how they must have felt listening to all that.

The manager and cashier seem dangerous and shouldn't be handling your food. THEY "DONT GIVE AF" according to the cashier. The manager definitely didn't.

Got dinner at 9:32 pm. Threw up at 3:30 am. Went with receipt to see about refund in morning. Said needed to return food with receipt. So Pro tip if you throw up in the Wendy’s bag it’s still returnable otherwise you’re outta luck. Will not be back

This Wendy's is located in South Birmingham just off of rt 65. While Wendy's is my favorite of the "big 3" this one serves substandard food, to say the least. The texture of the fries was leathery and tasted like old oil. The nuggets were hard with no detectable chicken inside as they resembled double, probably triple fried. The frosty had an off taste rotty taste, like maybe the machine needed cleaned. I can't tell you if it made me sick or not, because I only took small tastes of the fries and frosty. My dog wouldn't eat the nuggets I offered her, and I was afraid to taste them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.
