I have had a problem with the dread head guy on more than one occasion, each time I go through the Drive Thru and he is there it’s always a problem. Just now I went by, it was empty; I pulled up and he didn’t even acknowledge me but poked his head through the window and rolled his eyes. He has a very stink attitude and for someone who should have good customer service attribute, he doesn’t.

I would give this place zero stars. My reason behind that is this. I just received my order through the drive though and truly I’m not very happy the only good thing that I seem to have gotten out of my meal is the soda. The quesò fries are so greasy it’s crazy. My JR bacon cheese burgers I got 4 of them are cold to the touch, by far the worst meal I have ever received from a Wendy’s. Customer service was awful the poor guy that took our order sounded as if he didn’t want to be at work at all. I am truly unhappy with the result. Health food and safety violation for give out cold food that could have bin sitting for god knows how long, get bacteria on the food it self. I will not be coming back to this location again few to the un-circumstances that occurred tonight on this Saturday 10, 2024 at 11:00pm also didn’t get a receipt after paying. Customer service seems to have truly gone out the window thee’s day.

I parked at nearly 3pm and walked up to a locked door! I walked around to an open door only to be told that the lobby was closed with no explanation. Really? The sign on the door has posted lobby hours, and it should have been open.I just left...

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at. Wasn't by choice to come here since I was treating a friend to lunch. Walking in the floor is sticky with every step I'd took.The cashier spoke in soft tone which I could barely hear him. Went to the restroom and it tells me that not one employee takes pride in keeping it clean since it was disgusting. If you don't want to clean it for the customers, than at least for yourself to use.I'm so glad I ordered the 5 dollars meal since the fries wasn't hot and the cheese on the burger wasn't barely melted. Wouldn't not recommend this location whatsoever.

worst Wendy's in the world quality of food almost as bad as the service live near by food is never fresh fries are never hot order never done correctly. waste of money and time never a line but prepare for a 45 minute that's with no one in front of you smh the owner and who is in charge needs to step up their game
