The manager was extremely helpful
Great customer service..
First of all... no FROSTY! How can a Wendy's not a frosty? And they said that they had no ketchup, but guess what? There were some packets at the table I was at. But it's okay, cuz I got my food. P.S. Ryan Trahan, you should review this Wendy's.
Gone down hill
They won’t serve you! Go to McDonald’s, it’s faster and better and they will have breakfast and and lettuce
No lettuce, no onion, served with an attitude.
A very average Wendy’s.
Food was cold, servers looked angry not a very friendly environment.
I used to LOVE Wendy's. I still like them when you can actually order your food as you want it.
Instead, at least at this location, you are forced to order at a kiosk. For me it's slower and I didn't get my combo the way I thought I was ordering. When my food actually arrived my hamburger was NOT as I had 'ordered' on the kiosk. At least so I thought.
When I took it back to the counter the lady asked my name (which I did not provide and presume they got from my card which I didn't like as I prefer to use an alias in public) and then proceeded to rotate the screen for me to see how I ordered it. She then said, "We can fix it.". I had neither the time (as it took them much longer to fix my meal as it had for years in the past) nor did I have the interest in wasting my time with someone who I thought had treated me rudely by rising the screen instead of just listening to what I had attempted to order and 'fixing it'.
I give this location my list possible score and do not intend to go back to it again. Good luck if you go. You'll need to take your time and be on your toes to get it right if you want it ANY other way than it it usually made by default. 😞

Just left wendy’s and there was a piece of lettuce in this cinnamon pull apart with about 4 bites in. Service was good, but check your food.
Just felt it was fair to praise this location for their improvement over the last year or so. Really, since it was reopened it has been the best Wendy’s in the Birmingham area. None of the others seem to come close.

DO NOT EAT THEIR CHILI !!!!!
I got e-Coli 10 hours after eating their chili- it was the only thing I ate that day and it was a large bowl. It was the worst experience of my life…I genuinely thought I was dying and had to go to the hospital for severe dehydration and get an IV, it lasted 48 miserable hours and my hospital visit was $700….all from eating Wendy’s on 280’s chili. I then called and spoke to the manager to let him know- he then proceeded to tell me it was NOT from them, and no one “has ever gotten sick from them and they serve chili all day everyday”. Not a single “I’m so sorry that happened”, no accountability or sympathy. The manager genuinely could not be bothered.
Not to mention this is THE WORST location ever with the WORST service ever, and not a single ounce of customer service or kindness. Read the reviews before you choose to eat here…..
