I got the Oreo brownie frosty. It was amazing as always. I asked for some baconator fries. I got 2 slices of bacon on top of cheese fries. Not worth $5.

Came in to get a quick bite. Went to the bathroom first to use the bathroom it was nasty and you could smell the weed coming out of the men’s bathroom where they came out laughing while the weed smell just rolls on out. Ordered some food got our drinks and the counter by the drink fountain nasty the tables are nasty. They gave us dirty trays and wet. I got a baconator and my meat is cold as all get out. I would highly recommend skipping this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Been waiting almost a month for them to give me a refund for my order. Ive called corporate and it's waiting on the restaurant because they have to approve it. They did not tell me before I ordered the item that it was out of stock so it was to late to cancel it. This was back on Oct 18. And they still haven't processed my refund.

I went to the restaurant to get a free meal, due to veterans day holiday and the cashier stated that I could not use my military I.D. because I had to use a different type of military I.D. in which my I.D. is a valid issued military I.D. It makes no sense to have to show a certain type of military I.D. when you have several types that you can use to prove your military status.

Today vs back in the day when restaurants really cared about the quality of the food. The taste of the foods have declined tremendously every where. What kills me is how they cut back on ingredients or stop all together. But they increase the price and take away flavor, heat control, freshness. Never thought Wendy's would bow down but they have joined the restaurants on my list of last or never again. I use to be crazy about Wendy's and what have they done ro the chili 😩
This location really needs some upgrading and care. Seems run down and neglected.

Literally have his phone in his hand watching videos or on speakerphone with someone talking all while ringing things up. I went there today and waited at the order thing for almost a minute until I drove around and didn't see anyone so apparently they didn't want to take orders this morning
