I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location over the years but this last time I went the food was hot, service was excellent, and very quick. The drive thru cashier was very patient as I decided my order and very polite over the speaker. Keep up the good work! This was on December 28th around 8pm.

To go through the drive thru and order a meal and for it to not be right is CRAZY!! I ordered the spicy garlic prm and it was not spicy but just a whole bunch of sauce. We wasn't greeted but today to wait a minute as soon as we pulled in front of the speaker. Fast food business is terrible and I would never come back here.
They had a coupon that says $2 off premium combo. When I got to the window the person at t he window said it was not on combo. Very poor service. Manager not business like you could barely hear him on the phone they need to train managers and employees . This company is not what it use to be.

One of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Thought it may be staffing issues, but this place has been consistently bad for years. The lobby is almost always closed, and if it's late night which the advertise, you're going to wait in line 20-30 minutes while they for some reason take 1 order and make it at a time, while the lines backed out to the parkway
